An airport limo between Mississauga and Toronto Pearson (YYZ) on Elly8.net is a fixed-price car with a chauffeur who meets you inside arrivals with a name board. Pearson to Square One and the City Centre is about 13 km (8 mi), roughly 18 minutes on a clear road, and the fare runs from US$105 in a business sedan to US$275 in an Executive Sprinter, the same fixed price in either direction.
Toronto and the GTA run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs, so a Mississauga airport booking is served by the same vehicles, chauffeurs and 24/7 desk as our Toronto work. Because the drive is so short, the quality of the trip depends on three things this guide covers in detail: how the meet and greet works, choosing a vehicle by bags rather than by people, and giving the desk the right details when you book.
How does meet and greet work at Pearson?
Add your flight number when you book. The desk tracks the flight and confirms your terminal, Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. Your chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board at the exit from baggage claim and customs, and complimentary waiting starts after a tracked landing. You receive the chauffeur's contact details before you fly.
The name board is the simplest part of the service and the most useful. After a long-haul flight, nobody wants to stand on a curb with a phone, trying to describe which pillar they are next to. With a meet inside, you walk out of customs, see your name, and the chauffeur takes the luggage trolley from there to the car.
| Vehicle | Pearson to Square One, one way | Round trip | Passengers | Bags |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | US$105 | US$200 | up to 3 | 2 |
| Business SUV | US$140 | US$270 | up to 6 | 6 |
| First class SUV | US$170 | US$325 | up to 6 | 6 |
| First class sedan | US$185 | US$355 | up to 3 | 2 |
| Executive Sprinter | US$275 | US$525 | up to 12 | 12 |
Elly8.net prices are in US dollars, fixed and all-in per vehicle, covering the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost.

What the chauffeur does between the gate and the car
When you land, the desk already knows. Flight tracking gives the actual touchdown time, so an early arrival from Europe or a late one from the west coast simply shifts the meet. The chauffeur positions inside the arrivals area of your terminal before you reach baggage claim.
International arrivals clear Canadian border processing before reaching the arrivals hall, and that is often the longest part of the journey. If you are not sure what to carry, the Canada Border Services Agency lists the documents travellers need to enter Canada. A slow line does not cost you anything extra: complimentary waiting starts after a tracked landing.
If a bag is missing, report it at the airline's baggage office before you come out; message the chauffeur so they know where you are. If a connection is missed and you are rebooked, send the new flight number and the pickup moves to it. Our airport meet and greet page explains the service across every city.

Choose the vehicle by bags, not by people
The most common airport problem we solve is not a late flight. It is a family of four with eight suitcases booked into a sedan. Count the bags first:
Business sedan or first class sedan: up to 3 passengers and 2 bags. Right for a business traveller with a carry-on and a suit bag, or a couple travelling light. Not right for a holiday return with two large checked cases each.
Business SUV or first class SUV: up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. The best all-round airport vehicle. A family of four with four large cases and carry-ons fits, and so do car seats. The first class SUV is the more formal choice for meeting a client.
Executive Sprinter: up to 12 passengers and 12 bags. For teams, tournament groups, wedding guests arriving together and large families. At US$275 from Pearson to Square One, divided between twelve travellers it is about US$23 each; that is arithmetic for comparison only, because the fare is per vehicle.
Two vehicles are often better than one when a group has lots of luggage and is going to different addresses: a Sprinter for the main group and an SUV for the grandparents who are staying in Port Credit, for example.
The fleet page lists every class. When in doubt, size up; it is the one decision you cannot fix at the curb.
Special luggage: what to tell the desk
Mention any of these when you book, so the right vehicle and the right amount of space are sent:
- Golf bags and ski bags. Each takes roughly the space of a large suitcase. Two golfers with clubs and cases need an SUV, not a sedan.
- Hockey bags and sticks. Youth tournament teams arriving at Pearson usually need a Sprinter, or a Sprinter plus an SUV for the equipment.
- Strollers, car seats and booster seats. Child seats are available on request; give each child's age and weight. Transport Canada's child car seat guidance explains which seat suits which stage.
- Wheelchairs and mobility aids. Tell us whether the chair folds and whether the passenger transfers to a seat, so the vehicle and the time at the curb are planned properly.
- Instrument cases, display cases and samples. Exhibitors heading to the International Centre often travel with trade-show cases; list them with dimensions.
- Wedding attire and gifts. Garment bags and boxes take more room than people expect. Lay them flat in an SUV or Sprinter.
Pickups and drop-offs at Mississauga addresses
The other half of an airport limo is the Mississauga end, and each kind of address has its own details.
Condo towers around Square One. The City Centre skyline is mostly residential towers with driveways, concierge desks and underground visitor parking. Give the desk the tower name or address, the unit, any buzz code and which entrance you will use. For departures, the chauffeur messages you on arrival; for arrivals, we drop you at the lobby door rather than the street.
Hotels near the airport and the City Centre. Hotel driveways work well, but some share space with shuttles and taxis. Name the hotel and the chauffeur will confirm the exact spot.
Family homes in Streetsville, Meadowvale, Erin Mills or Port Credit. Add the house number and any notes about the driveway, street parking or a side entrance. Fares outside the City Centre are priced in the web booker for the exact address; most Mississauga addresses are within about 30 minutes of the airport outside peak hours, so prices stay in the same range.
Offices and campuses. Many corporate campuses sit near the airport and along Highways 401, 403 and 410. Give the building number and the visitor entrance.
The International Centre. The International Centre at 6900 Airport Road uses numbered entrances for its events. Tell us your entrance number and you will not have to walk the length of the building with a display case. See conference and trade show transportation.
Square One Shopping Centre. Square One has several entrances and busy Saturday traffic. Name the entrance or the nearest store.
Booking tips that make the trip smoother
- Always give the flight number, even for departures. It lets the desk see delays and gate changes.
- Book the return at the same time. A round trip booked together runs from US$200 in a business sedan to US$525 in an Executive Sprinter.
- List every passenger and every bag, including carry-ons and special items.
- Add a mobile number that works abroad, so the chauffeur can reach you when you land.
- Say if you prefer to avoid tolls. Highway 407 ETR crosses north Mississauga and is a toll road; tolls are billed at cost, and 407 ETR publishes its rates. Most Pearson to Mississauga trips do not need it.
- Ask for a name board with a company name if you are booking for a client, and an NDA if needed.
- For several arrivals on the same day, send the list together; the desk staggers the chauffeurs or groups people sensibly.
Departing from Mississauga to Pearson
The trip to the airport is the same fixed price as the arrival. From Square One, leaving about 2 hours and 15 minutes before a US or international departure is usually comfortable outside the morning peak; allow more at rush hour and in winter weather. Tell us the terminal and airline, and the chauffeur drops you at the departures curb for your terminal and helps with bags. For US flights, allow time for US preclearance, which happens at Pearson before you board.
When a limo is not the best option
For one person with a carry-on landing at a quiet hour, a taxi or airport limo from the terminal rank, at the regulated airport fare, is a reasonable choice for a short trip to Mississauga, and we say so. The UP Express airport train, C$12.35 for an adult one way on UP Express, runs east to Union Station in downtown Toronto, so it does not help most Mississauga travellers. Mississauga's MiWay buses charge C$3.50 for a PRESTO single fare on the City's fare prices page, good value with light luggage and time to spare. A pre-booked car earns its fare with late flights, families, heavy bags, meetings and fixed budgets. See chauffeur vs taxi and chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft.

Where does the chauffeur meet me at Pearson?
Inside the arrivals area of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, with a name board at the exit from baggage claim and customs. Your flight number lets the desk confirm the terminal and track delays, and complimentary waiting starts after a tracked landing.
Which vehicle fits four people and six suitcases?
A business SUV or first class SUV, which takes up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. A sedan takes only 3 passengers and 2 bags. If you also have golf clubs, ski bags or a stroller, consider an Executive Sprinter, which holds up to 12 bags.
Can you supply child seats for a Pearson pickup?
Yes, on request. Give each child's age and weight when you book and the seats are fitted before you reach the car. A business SUV gives the most room for seats, coats and luggage at a fixed price per vehicle.
Is the fare the same to the airport as from it?
Yes. Every one-way airport fare is the same fixed price in either direction, so Square One to Pearson is the same as Pearson to Square One. A round trip booked together starts at US$200 in a business sedan, and both legs appear on one confirmation.
What if my bag is lost or my flight is rebooked?
Report a missing bag at the airline's baggage office before you exit, and message the chauffeur. If you are rebooked onto a later flight, send the new flight number and the pickup moves with it. Waiting beyond the included time is billed at cost.
