A Las Vegas airport limo is the calmest way off a crowded arrivals floor: a chauffeur who knows your flight is waiting in baggage claim, walks you to the car and drives you to the Strip at a price fixed before you fly. With Elly8.net, Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to the Las Vegas Strip costs from US$125 in a Business Sedan to US$325 in an Executive Sprinter, per vehicle and all-in.
Below is the ride step by step: what the desk needs before you board, what happens in Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, how waiting works if the flight is late, which vehicle takes how many bags, and how a flat limo rate compares with the taxi meter. Rides in Las Vegas are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
What does a limo from Las Vegas airport to the Strip cost?
A pre-booked Elly8.net car from Harry Reid International (LAS) to the Las Vegas Strip costs US$125 in a Business Sedan, US$165 in a Business SUV, US$200 in a First Class SUV, US$220 in a First Class Sedan and US$325 in an Executive Sprinter. Prices are fixed, all-in and per vehicle, with meet and greet in baggage claim.
Here is every class on the Las Vegas price list, with what it carries.
| Vehicle | LAS to the Strip | Round trip | Passengers | Bags |

The price includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and the airport meet and greet. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. The round trip covers the arrival and the ride back to LAS on your departure day, booked together. For a hotel off the Strip, such as a Summerlin resort or a Henderson home, the web booker prices the exact address.

Step 1: before you fly
Three details in the booking make the pickup work.
The flight number. Every airport pickup is flight-tracked, so the chauffeur's time follows the real landing, not the schedule printed on your ticket. A flight that lands early or circles over the desert is simply followed.
Passengers and bags, honestly counted. This is where most airport limo problems start. A classic stretch limousine looks generous, but its trunk is small: our fleet listing gives it about 8 seats and 2 bags. Four friends with four large suitcases need a Business SUV, not a stretch. Golf bags, show cases and strollers all count; put them in the notes.
Child seats. Child seats are available on request. Give the age and weight of each child, and the seats are fitted before the chauffeur leaves for the airport.
If you want the full arrival treatment for a VIP or a first-time visitor, our airport meet and greet page explains what the chauffeur handles inside the terminal.
Step 2: landing at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3
LAS has two passenger terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, some distance apart. A courtesy inter-terminal shuttle runs between them roughly every 20 to 30 minutes, which matters only if you end up at the wrong one. The flight number tells the desk which terminal you use.
Where the chauffeur meets you. The airport's own guidance is short and clear: if you have arranged a limo or car service in advance, your driver meets you in baggage claim, according to the Harry Reid International limousines page. That is exactly how an Elly8.net pickup works. Your chauffeur waits in baggage claim with a name board, helps with the bags and walks you to the car.
Where the walk-up vehicles wait. The same page lists the curb areas for private shuttles, SUVs and limousines: at Terminal 1, the west side of baggage claim outside exit doors 7 to 10, and at Terminal 3, Level Zero at each end of the building. Those curbs are also where walk-up vehicles wait with no reservation, so it helps that your chauffeur comes inside to find you rather than waiting for you to find the car.
Where everyone else goes. For comparison, taxis line up outside baggage claim, on the east side of Terminal 1 near doors 1 to 4 and on Level Zero near door 52 at Terminal 3, and app rides use marked areas inside the parking garages, per the airport's taxi and ride share page. On a Friday afternoon, when several flights land together, those lines are the part of the trip people remember.
Step 3: waiting, delays and lost bags
You get complimentary waiting after a tracked landing, enough for the walk from the gate and the bag belt. Because the clock starts from the actual landing, a late departure from Chicago or a weather hold does not cost you anything within the included time.
If a bag is missing and you are at the airline's baggage desk, message the 24/7 desk. The chauffeur waits, and if the delay runs beyond the included time, the extra waiting is billed at cost and the desk tells you before it starts. Nobody leaves without you because a suitcase went to Phoenix.
If you cannot see your chauffeur, stay inside baggage claim and call the number in your confirmation email. Do not accept a ride from anyone who approaches you in the terminal; your chauffeur's name and vehicle details arrive by email before pickup.
Step 4: matching the vehicle to the luggage
Las Vegas visitors pack differently from business travellers in other cities. Weekend trips are light; conventions, golf trips and weddings are not. Use the vehicle's bag count, not its seat count, to decide.
- Business Sedan or First Class Sedan (up to 3, 2 bags). One or two people with carry-ons and a checked bag each. The First Class Sedan, an S-Class or similar, is the usual choice for an executive or a special arrival.
- Business SUV or First Class SUV (up to 6, 6 bags). Families, couples with golf clubs, and anyone carrying samples or show materials. The First Class SUV is an Escalade, Navigator or similar.
- Executive Sprinter (up to 12, 12 bags). Bachelor and bachelorette groups, wedding parties and trade-show teams. One Sprinter at US$325 costs about the same as two Business SUVs at US$330 together, and it keeps the group in one vehicle.
- Stretch limousine (up to 8, 2 bags). A great arrival for a celebration with light bags, quoted in the booker. For a group with real luggage, book the stretch for the night out and a Sprinter for the airport.
Our fleet page shows each vehicle, and the limousine service page explains when a stretch is the right call.
Step 5: the drive and the hotel driveway
The routed distance from LAS to the centre of the Strip is about 9 mi (14 km), and we plan around 39 minutes on a clear road, because the airport roads, the tunnels and the resort driveways all take time. This year there is one more factor: the airport warns of lane closures in the northbound and southbound airport connector tunnels through December 2026 for repaving, and asks travellers to allow extra time. The fixed price does not change if the drive takes longer.
The drop-off is where local knowledge shows. Each Strip resort has its own arrival area, and the large ones have more than one entrance, for the hotel tower, the convention space or a theatre. Tell the desk your hotel and, if you know it, which tower you are in, and the chauffeur takes you to the right porte cochere rather than the busiest one.
Flat rate vs the meter: how the numbers compare
The Nevada Taxicab Authority publishes both the taxi meter and the airport zone fares. On the meter, a ride starts at US$5.50 and costs US$8.21 for the first mile and US$2.96 per mile after that, with waiting time at US$32.40 an hour. Rides from the airport to the Strip use flat zone fares instead: US$22.25 to Zone 1, US$26.25 to Zone 2 and US$30.25 to Zone 3, plus a US$2.40 airport pickup fee, a US$3.00 card fee if you pay by card, a fuel surcharge and 3% excise tax.
| Option | LAS to the Strip | What decides the price | Bags and seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Taxi, zone fare | about US$28 to US$37 with card payment, plus fuel surcharge and tip | Which zone your hotel is in | Depends on the cab |
| Rideshare app | changes with demand | Time of day, demand at the garage pickup | Depends on the car class |
| Walk-up limo at the curb | set by the operator at the time | Vehicle and operator | Depends on the vehicle |
| Elly8.net Business Sedan | US$125 fixed, all-in, gratuity included | Fixed at booking | Up to 3 passengers, 2 bags |
| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter | US$325 fixed, all-in | Fixed at booking | Up to 12 passengers, 12 bags |
For one or two people with light bags landing at a quiet hour, the taxi is cheaper, and we would say so. The pre-booked car wins when you land into a long line, when there are four or more of you with bags, when a child seat must already be fitted, when you are hosting a client, and during CES or race week when demand and surcharges climb. Our chauffeur vs taxi guide goes deeper, and Uber at Las Vegas airport covers the app side.
Flying privately: Henderson Executive and North Las Vegas
Private flights often use Henderson Executive Airport (HND) or North Las Vegas Airport (VGT) instead of LAS. HND to the Strip is listed from US$155 in a Business Sedan to US$405 in an Executive Sprinter, and VGT from US$125 to US$325. Give the desk the FBO and the tail number and the chauffeur meets you at the FBO. Our private jet and FBO car service page covers how that works.
The departure leg
On the way home, plan the pickup from your hotel well ahead of your flight; the Strip's porte cocheres back up at checkout time, and the connector tunnel closures apply in both directions this year. Booking the round trip at the start, from US$240 in a Business Sedan, means the return car is already arranged. If you are deciding when to leave the hotel, our guide to the Las Vegas airport to the Strip by private car goes through timing by zone. Travellers still weighing the shared shuttle should read Vegas airport shuttle vs private car.

Frequently asked questions
Where does my limo driver meet me at Harry Reid Airport?
In baggage claim. The airport's own guidance is that a pre-arranged limo or car service driver meets you there, and an Elly8.net chauffeur waits with a name board at your terminal, Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, then walks you to the car. You do not need to find the garage rideshare level or a curb door number.
How long will the chauffeur wait if my flight is late?
The pickup is flight-tracked, and complimentary waiting starts from the tracked landing, so a delayed departure costs nothing within the included time. If a lost bag or a long delay runs beyond that, extra waiting is billed at cost, and the desk tells you before it applies.
Can a stretch limo carry our luggage from the airport?
Usually not much of it. A stretch limousine seats about eight but carries only around two bags, so it suits light-luggage celebrations. For a group with suitcases, an Executive Sprinter takes up to 12 people and 12 bags for US$325 from LAS to the Strip. Many groups book the stretch for the evening instead.
Is a limo cheaper than a taxi from the Las Vegas airport?
For one or two people, no. Taxi zone fares from the airport to the Strip are US$22.25 to US$30.25 before the airport fee, card fee, fuel surcharge, tax and tip. A limo or black car makes sense for groups, heavy luggage, late arrivals, events and fixed budgets, and the Elly8.net price already includes gratuity.
Can I book a round trip to the airport?
Yes. The LAS round trip to the Strip is listed from US$240 in a Business Sedan to US$620 in an Executive Sprinter, covering your arrival and the ride back on departure day. Booking both legs together means the return pickup is already fixed when you check out.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less or for a no-show 100%. Refunds go back to the original card.
