A Hamilton wedding limo on Elly8.net is booked by the hour, from US$110 an hour in a business sedan and US$180 in a first class sedan to US$220 in an Executive Sprinter for the wedding party, with a 3-hour minimum, or as a full-day chauffeur from US$810. Prices are per vehicle and all-in, with tolls and parking billed at cost. Rolls-Royce, Maybach and stretch limousines are priced in the web booker.
What makes Hamilton different is the setting. Many couples choose gardens, conservation areas and escarpment views, and those come with walks from the car, photo permits and seasonal reservations that the timeline has to respect. Rides in Hamilton are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
What does a wedding limo cost in Hamilton?
For a Hamilton wedding, Elly8.net hourly rates run from US$110 in a business sedan and US$180 in a first class sedan to US$220 in an Executive Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum. A full-day chauffeur runs from US$810 in a business sedan to US$1,620 in a Sprinter. Prices are per vehicle and all-in.
By class, the hourly rate is US$110 business sedan, US$140 business SUV, US$165 first class SUV, US$180 first class sedan and US$220 Executive Sprinter. The full-day rates are US$810, US$1,035, US$1,215, US$1,325 and US$1,620. The fare covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and the standard gratuity, and the car waits between stops. The full grid is in the Hamilton fares panel on our Hamilton car service page.
From those numbers, a simple rule: up to seven hours, hourly is cheaper; from about seven and a half hours, the full-day rate wins.

The cars a Hamilton wedding usually needs
| Role | Vehicle | Seats / bags | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| The couple | First class sedan | 3 / 2 | US$180 an hour, US$1,325 full day |
| The couple, classic | Rolls-Royce or Mercedes-Maybach | 2 / 2 | web booker |
| Wedding party | Executive Sprinter | 12 / 12 | US$220 an hour, US$1,620 full day |
| Wedding party, for photos | Stretch limousine | 8 / 2 | web booker |
| Parents and grandparents | Business SUV | 6 / 6 | US$140 an hour |
| Guest shuttle | Executive Sprinter, or two | 12 each | US$220 an hour each |
Capacities are from our fleet page. On garden and conservation-area days, the Sprinter has an advantage beyond seats: it carries the photographer's kit, a change of shoes for every bridesmaid and the bouquet box without crowding anyone. Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley partner vehicles are seven model years old or newer; other partner vehicles are four model years old or newer. For more on the service, see wedding limousine.
Permits and reservations to sort out first
Two local rules catch couples out, and both are about places, not cars.
Photo permits in conservation areas. The Hamilton Conservation Authority says that all professional photos taken in its areas require a permit, including when you have hired a photographer or arrive with props, lighting stands or a large group, and that permits must be booked in advance; see its photo permits page. If your photographer has a waterfall or forest trail in mind, the permit comes before the car.
Spencer Gorge reservations. Dundas Peak, Tew Falls and Webster Falls are in the Spencer Gorge Conservation Area, where the authority requires a reservation to visit during its busy season; for 2026 its reservation page says until November 8. A wedding party that turns up without one may not get in.
Once those are booked, send the permit times to the desk so the timeline is built around them.
Timeline one: a garden wedding at Royal Botanical Gardens
Royal Botanical Gardens, between Burlington and Hamilton, describes itself as Canada's largest botanical garden at 2,137 acres, with ceremony and reception spaces, so the whole day can happen in one place. That simplifies transport: the couple's car and a guest shuttle, with no venue-to-venue moves.
- 1:00 p.m. First class sedan collects the couple-to-be from their homes or a downtown hotel.
- 1:15 p.m. Executive Sprinter collects the wedding party from one meeting point.
- 2:00 p.m. Arrivals at the gardens; photos before a 3:30 p.m. ceremony.
- 3:00 p.m. A second Sprinter runs a guest shuttle from the downtown hotels.
- 11:00 p.m. The guest shuttle runs two return loops; the couple's car returns for the send-off.
What to book. A full-day chauffeur in a first class sedan, US$1,325, for the couple; if the day runs past the hours included, the extra time is billed at cost. The wedding-party Sprinter for 1:15 to 4:15 p.m., three hours at US$660. The guest-shuttle Sprinter for two windows, 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., booked as two 3-hour blocks at US$660 each.
That comes to about US$3,305 for the day. Divided by 120 guests, it is arithmetic of roughly US$28 each, though every booking is priced per vehicle.
Timeline two: a heritage-village or lakeside wedding
The Hamilton Conservation Authority lists two wedding locations of its own on its weddings page: Westfield Heritage Village and The Lakeview at Confederation Beach Park. One is a heritage setting, the other on the Lake Ontario shore, and both suit a day where the ceremony, photos and reception stay close together.
- 12:30 p.m. Executive Sprinter collects the wedding party at two points, one on the Mountain and one in the lower city.
- 1:00 p.m. First class sedan collects the couple.
- 2:00 p.m. Ceremony at the venue.
- 3:00 p.m. Photos on site, with the permit booked.
- 5:30 p.m. Reception begins; the Sprinter is released.
What to book. The couple's first class sedan by the hour from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m., five hours at US$900, plus a separate send-off ride later in the evening if needed. The Sprinter for five hours at US$1,100. Total about US$2,000 before any send-off.
Timeline three: a downtown ceremony, escarpment photos, a reception hall
Many Hamilton weddings still follow the classic shape: a ceremony in the lower city, photos up on the escarpment or by the water, then a reception hall across town.
- 11:30 a.m. Wedding-party Sprinter and the couple's car start at the family homes.
- 1:00 p.m. Ceremony downtown.
- 2:15 p.m. Drive up an escarpment access road for photos at a lookout; allow 20 to 30 minutes between locations including the walk.
- 3:45 p.m. Waterfront photos at Bayfront Park.
- 5:00 p.m. Reception hall; the Sprinter drops the party and finishes.
- 11:30 p.m. The couple's car returns for the send-off.
What to book. A full-day chauffeur for the couple, US$1,325 in a first class sedan, and the Sprinter for five and a half hours, US$1,210, or a full day at US$1,620 if the party needs a ride home. Add a business SUV for parents at US$140 an hour.
Escarpment timing and winter weddings
The escarpment access roads between the lower city and the Mountain are short, but they are where a wedding day loses time: a slow climb behind a bus, a closure, or the first snow of the season. Build in a buffer whenever the timeline crosses the escarpment, and let the chauffeur choose the route on the day. For a winter wedding, add fifteen minutes to every move and have an indoor photo option ready. Our Hamilton limo rental guide explains the neighbourhoods and traffic patterns in more detail.
Vineyard photos and a wine-country add-on
Niagara wine country begins just east of Hamilton along the escarpment, and some couples add a vineyard stop for photos or a day-after tasting with the wedding party. Treat it as its own booking: a full-day chauffeur in an Executive Sprinter, US$1,620 from Hamilton, keeps twelve people together, and the 8-hour Niagara-on-the-Lake wineries day from the Fallsview hotels is on our Niagara Falls car service page. Book tastings and any photography directly with the winery, and remember that the chauffeur follows Ontario's rules on alcohol in vehicles. For larger groups, see group transportation.
Guests flying in
Out-of-town guests have two airports. John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport (YHM) is about 21 km (13 mi) from downtown, with fares from US$125 in a business sedan to US$325 in an Executive Sprinter. Toronto Pearson (YYZ) is about 60 km (37 mi), with fares from US$215 to US$560. Every airport fare is the same in either direction, the flight is tracked, and the chauffeur meets guests inside arrivals with a name board. See airport transfers, our Hamilton airport limo guide, and for guests driving in from the GTA, Toronto to Hamilton by private car.
Booking timeline and final details
Summer and early-autumn Saturdays fill first, and graduation and prom season compete for the same vehicles. Book once the venue and date are confirmed. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, with refunds to the original card.
A month out, send the desk every address, the ceremony time, permit times and a day-of contact who is not the couple. Two weeks out, confirm headcounts and any child seats for young attendants, available on request. The chauffeur follows Ontario's rules on alcohol in vehicles, so toasts belong at the venue. For a large wedding party or guest shuttle, our Hamilton limo bus rental guide covers seat counts and hours, and in the GTA, see the Mississauga wedding limo guide. For proms in the same season, see prom limousines.

How much is a wedding limo in Hamilton?
Hourly service runs from US$110 in a business sedan and US$180 in a first class sedan to US$220 in an Executive Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum. A full-day chauffeur is US$810 in a business sedan and US$1,325 in a first class sedan. Prices are per vehicle and all-in, with tolls and parking at cost.
Do we need a permit for wedding photos at Hamilton waterfalls?
In Hamilton Conservation Authority areas, yes. The authority says all professional photos require a permit booked in advance, including when you hire a photographer or bring a large group. Spencer Gorge, with Tew Falls and Webster Falls, also needs a visit reservation during its busy season.
What vehicle suits a wedding party of twelve?
An Executive Sprinter seats twelve with space for twelve bags, at US$220 an hour or US$1,620 for a full day. A stretch limousine seats eight and suits photos but carries little. For more than twelve, book two vehicles, or a 16-seat stretch SUV limousine from the web booker.
Can you run a guest shuttle for a Hamilton wedding?
Yes. An Executive Sprinter carries twelve guests per trip, booked by the hour with a 3-hour minimum, and you can book two blocks, one before the ceremony and one at the end of the night. For large weddings, two Sprinters run loops together.
Can we book a Rolls-Royce for our Hamilton wedding?
Rolls-Royce and Mercedes-Maybach vehicles seat two and are priced in the web booker for your date and hours. Partner vehicles in this class are seven model years old or newer. Book early for summer Saturdays, and pair the classic car with a Sprinter for the wedding party.
