A Mississauga wedding limo is booked by the hour or by the day. On Elly8.net a business sedan costs from US$110 an hour, a first class sedan from US$180 an hour and an Executive Sprinter for the wedding party from US$220 an hour, each with a 3-hour minimum, and a full-day chauffeur starts at US$810. Every price is per vehicle and all-in, with tolls and parking billed at cost. Rolls-Royce, Maybach and stretch limousines are priced in the web booker for your date.
The right booking depends on the shape of the day. A weekday civil ceremony at City Hall fits comfortably inside a 3-hour booking. A Saturday with several family homes, a ceremony, a photo session and a banquet-hall reception is a full day for at least two vehicles. Below are both days, costed, with the vehicle choices and the planning details that keep a Mississauga wedding on time.
How much does a wedding limo cost in Mississauga?
For a Mississauga wedding, Elly8.net hourly service runs from US$110 an hour in a business sedan to US$220 in an Executive Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum, and a full-day chauffeur runs from US$810 in a business sedan to US$1,620 in a Sprinter. Prices are per vehicle and all-in except tolls and parking.
By class, the hourly rates are US$110 in a business sedan, US$140 in a business SUV, US$165 in a first class SUV, US$180 in a first class sedan and US$220 in an Executive Sprinter. A full day is US$810, US$1,035, US$1,215, US$1,325 and US$1,620 respectively. The price includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and the standard gratuity, and the vehicle waits with you between stops. The whole grid is in the Mississauga fares panel on our Mississauga car service page.
Couples often ask whether to book by the hour or the day. Our rule of thumb from the published numbers: if the car is needed for seven hours or less, hourly is cheaper; beyond that, the full-day rate usually wins. A business sedan for eight hours is US$880 by the hour against US$810 for the day.

Choosing the vehicles
Most Mississauga weddings need two kinds of car: one for the couple and one for the wedding party. Larger families add a third for parents and grandparents.
| Who rides | Vehicle | Seats / bags | Priced how |
|---|---|---|---|
| The couple | First class sedan (S-Class or similar) | 3 / 2 | US$180 an hour |
| The couple, classic look | Rolls-Royce or Mercedes-Maybach | 2 / 2 | web booker |
| Wedding party up to 12 | Executive Sprinter | 12 / 12 | US$220 an hour |
| Wedding party, photo-friendly | Stretch limousine | 8 / 2 | web booker |
| Parents and grandparents | Business SUV or first class SUV | 6 / 6 | US$140 or US$165 an hour |
Capacity comes from our fleet page. Two points matter on a wedding day. First, a gown with a long train takes space; a first class sedan seats three, but the couple plus a gown is a comfortable two. Second, if older relatives are riding, an SUV or Sprinter is easier to get in and out of than a low stretch limousine. Across the network, Rolls-Royce and Maybach partner vehicles are seven model years old or newer; Toronto and the GTA run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs. Limousines operating in the city are licensed under Mississauga's Public Vehicle Licensing By-law, which bars meters in limousines and has drivers charge from hourly rates filed with the City, which is why wedding cars are priced by the hour.
For a large wedding party with a separate shuttle need, our Mississauga limo bus rental guide explains party buses, 16-seat stretch SUVs and how to count the hours. More on wedding service generally is on our wedding limousine page.
Timeline one: a weekday civil ceremony at City Hall
Mississauga City Hall is a real wedding venue, not just a licence office. According to the City's guide to getting married at City Hall, the City Clerk's Office runs civil marriage ceremonies in the Civic Centre Chapel on the second floor or outdoors in the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Garden beside City Hall, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the last ceremony starting at 3:30 p.m. The ceremony and consultation fee is C$391.04, tax included, with the room fee separate. The same building, at 300 City Centre Drive, has C Banquets on the 12th storey, which seats up to 144 guests, or 112 with a dance floor.
That makes a compact weekday wedding easy to plan:
- 12:45 p.m. Chauffeur collects the couple at home in a first class sedan.
- 1:15 p.m. Arrive at City Hall for a 1:30 p.m. ceremony in the chapel.
- 2:00 p.m. Photos in the Jubilee Garden and on Celebration Square, the civic square that shares City Hall's 300 City Centre Drive address.
- 2:45 p.m. Short drive to Port Credit for waterfront photos.
- 3:45 p.m. Back to City Hall for an early dinner at C Banquets, or on to a restaurant.
That is a 3-hour booking: US$540 in a first class sedan or US$330 in a business sedan, all-in. Guests attending in the middle of a working day usually make their own way, but if parents need a ride, add a business SUV for the same three hours at US$420.
Timeline two: a Saturday banquet-hall wedding
Mississauga hosts a lot of large weddings in banquet halls across the city, and the Saturday day is long. Here is a common shape for a 2 p.m. ceremony and a 6 p.m. reception, with three family homes involved:
- 11:00 a.m. Executive Sprinter collects the wedding party at the first home in Meadowvale, then the second in Erin Mills.
- 11:30 a.m. First class sedan collects the couple-to-be, or each partner separately if the families keep tradition.
- 1:30 p.m. Everyone arrives at the ceremony venue; the cars wait.
- 3:00 p.m. Photo session: one waterfront location in Port Credit and one park, with 25 minutes between them.
- 5:15 p.m. Drive to the banquet hall; the Sprinter drops the wedding party and is released.
- 11:30 p.m. The couple's car returns for the send-off and the drive home or to the hotel.
What to book. A full-day chauffeur in a first class sedan, US$1,325, for the couple from 11:30 a.m. to the send-off; if the day runs beyond the hours included, the extra time is billed at cost. An Executive Sprinter for 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., six and a half hours at US$220, which is US$1,430, or a full day at US$1,620 if the wedding party also needs the ride home. Optionally, a business SUV for parents for four hours, US$560.
The whole day for two vehicles is roughly US$2,755 to US$2,945 depending on the Sprinter's hours. Divided across a wedding party of ten, that is arithmetic of about US$275 to US$295 each, but the booking is per vehicle, not per person.
Guests arriving at Pearson
Mississauga is the closest city on our network to Toronto Pearson: Square One is about 13 km (8 mi) away, around 18 minutes on a clear road. Out-of-town guests land, collect bags and are at their hotel quickly. A guest transfer from Pearson to Square One is US$105 in a business sedan, US$140 in a business SUV and US$275 in an Executive Sprinter for a family or a group, the same fare in either direction.
With the flight number on the booking, the desk tracks each arrival and the chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. For guests who prefer to make their own way, our Mississauga airport taxi or rideshare guide explains the rank and the apps fairly. See also airport transfers and meet and greet.
Photo stops and the time they really take
Photographers usually want more time than the schedule allows. Three habits help.
Count the walk. Waterfront parks and gardens look close on a map, but the walk from where a vehicle can stop to where the photographer wants you can be five minutes each way in formal shoes.
Limit the stops. Two locations with a good buffer beat four rushed ones. Each move means loading the wedding party, driving and unloading again.
Plan for weather. Have an indoor option, such as the City Hall chapel area or the reception venue, so a rain shower does not move the whole day.
If the photo session moves toward Toronto, for example to the Distillery District or the waterfront, the drive east adds time; our Toronto car service page covers that side. Couples who want vineyard or escarpment photos often look west, and the Hamilton wedding limo guide covers the gardens and conservation areas there.
When to book, and what to confirm
Saturdays from late spring to early autumn fill first, along with prom and graduation weekends, which compete for the same vehicles. Book as soon as the venue is confirmed. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, with refunds to the original card.
A month out, send the desk the final timeline: every address, the ceremony and reception times, the photo stops, and a contact on the day who is not the couple. Two weeks out, confirm passenger counts and any child seats for young flower girls and ring bearers, which are available on request; Transport Canada's child car seat guidance explains which seat each age needs. The chauffeur follows Ontario's rules on alcohol in vehicles, so toasts belong at the venue.
Planning a rehearsal dinner or a group night before the wedding? The evening out and event night package covers the drive, the wait and the ride home, from US$550 in a business sedan to US$1,100 in an Executive Sprinter. For school formals in the same season, see prom limousines.

Can we get a Rolls-Royce for our Mississauga wedding?
Rolls-Royce and Mercedes-Maybach vehicles seat two and are priced in the web booker for your date and hours. Across the network these partner vehicles are seven model years old or newer. Book early, because classic wedding cars are limited on summer Saturdays.
What vehicle suits a wedding party of ten?
An Executive Sprinter seats twelve with space for twelve bags, at US$220 an hour or US$1,620 for a full day. A stretch limousine seats eight and suits photos but has little room for bags. For more than twelve, book two vehicles.
