A Regina limo bus booked through Elly8.net fits up to 8 people in a stretch limousine, up to 12 in a party bus or an Executive Sprinter, and up to 16 in a stretch SUV limousine. The Sprinter has fixed Regina prices, US$220 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, so the shortest Sprinter booking is US$660 per vehicle; the party bus and stretch vehicles are priced for your date and hours in the web booker.
Getting the booking right comes down to three numbers: how many people ride together at the busiest moment, how many hours the plan really runs from first pickup to last drop-off, and what that adds up to per vehicle. This guide works through all three for the nights Regina actually books, from Roughriders games at Mosaic Stadium to concerts at the Brandt Centre, the Queen City Ex, weddings around Wascana and stagette nights downtown. Prices are in US dollars and always per vehicle, never per person.
How many people fit in a Regina limo bus?
Through Elly8.net in Regina, a stretch limousine seats up to 8, a party bus up to 12, an Executive Sprinter up to 12 with room for 12 bags, and a stretch SUV limousine up to 16. For groups of 17 or more, book two vehicles on one reservation, such as a stretch SUV and a Sprinter for up to 28.
Count the peak, not the invitation list. The peak is the leg where the most people are on board at once: usually the ride to the stadium or venue, or the leg from the ceremony to the reception. Then add a spare seat or two. Regina nights out happen in every season, and in winter twelve adults in parkas and boots take noticeably more room than the same twelve in summer. The fleet guide lists the seats and luggage space for each class.
| Group size at the peak | Vehicle that fits | Luggage room | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|---|
| up to 6 | Business SUV or First Class SUV | 6 bags | Fixed: US$140 or US$165 an hour, 3-hour minimum |
| up to 8 | Stretch limousine | 2 bags | Web booker, by date and hours |
| up to 12 | Party bus | 2 bags | Web booker, by date and hours |
| up to 12 with bags | Executive Sprinter | 12 bags | Fixed: US$220 an hour, 3-hour minimum |
| up to 16 | Stretch SUV limousine | 2 bags | Web booker, by date and hours |
| 17 to 28 | Stretch SUV limousine plus Executive Sprinter | 14 bags combined | One booking, two vehicles |
Party bus or Sprinter? Choose the party bus when the ride is part of the party and there is nothing to carry. Choose the Sprinter when there are bags, coolers, gift boxes or garment bags, when the route includes the highway, or when the group is collecting guests from YQR first. See party bus rental and Sprinter van with driver.
One big vehicle or two smaller ones? A group of fourteen often does better in a Sprinter plus a Business SUV than in one stretch SUV limousine, because the SUV can peel off early with the people who need to be home first. Both go on one reservation.
How many hours to book
Start the clock at the first pickup and stop it at the last drop-off. Then add a buffer, because every group runs late somewhere: the last guest is not ready, the photographer wants one more location, or the crowd takes longer to clear than anyone expected. Regina's central distances are short, so most of the hours go on waiting at venues rather than driving between them; downtown to Mosaic Stadium is only about 2 km.
| Regina plan | Typical span | Where the time goes |
|---|---|---|
| Roughriders game at Mosaic Stadium | 5 to 6 hours | Pickups, arriving before kickoff, the game, waiting for the crowd to thin |
| Concert or Regina Pats game at the Brandt Centre | 4 to 5 hours | Pickups, dinner or pre-show stop, the show, the exit |
| Queen City Ex night | 4 to 6 hours | Drop-off and collection at the REAL District, late finish |
| Stagette or birthday circuit | 4 to 6 hours | Several home pickups, two or three stops, a late return |
| Wedding: ceremony to reception | 5 to 7 hours | Ceremony, photos at Wascana or the Legislature grounds, reception |
| Roughriders trip from Saskatoon | A full day | About 259 km each way, plus the game |
When in doubt, book the longer span. Running out of hours at 11 p.m. with a group still at the venue is far more stressful than finishing early, and the desk can tell you before you book whether a package would cover the longer plan at the same or a lower price.
What it costs: the arithmetic for each plan
The fixed-price vehicles make budgeting simple. Here is the Executive Sprinter, the most popular group vehicle in Regina, at the published US$220 an hour, alongside the packages that often work out cheaper for a long evening or a full day. All of these are per vehicle and include the chauffeur, taxes and standard gratuity.
| Booking | Price per vehicle | How it is worked out |
|---|---|---|
| 3 hours, the minimum | US$660 | US$220 x 3 |
| 4 hours | US$880 | US$220 x 4, arithmetic |
| 6 hours | US$1,320 | US$220 x 6, arithmetic |
| Evening out and event night package | US$1,100 | Published package price |
| Full-day chauffeur | US$1,620 | Published package price |
| Business SUV, 4 hours, for a small group of up to 6 | US$560 | US$140 x 4, arithmetic |
| Party bus or stretch SUV limousine | as quoted | Priced for your date in the web booker |
As arithmetic for comparison only: a six-hour game night in a Sprinter at US$1,320, shared by twelve fans, is US$110 each, and the US$1,100 evening package shared by ten is US$110 each. The booking itself is always one vehicle at one price, and the desk will tell you whether the hourly rate or a package is cheaper for your exact plan. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. For a wider look at how limousine pricing works, see how much a limo costs.
Roughriders game nights: be fair about the free shuttle
Before you book anything for a Riders game, know what is free. The City's Rider Transit service runs shuttles to and from Mosaic Stadium for Riders games and selected major events, starting 1 hour and 45 minutes before kickoff, from stops downtown, in the Warehouse District, at the University of Regina, Southland Mall and elsewhere. On game day, regular transit is also free with your ticket. For a couple or a few friends living near a shuttle stop, that is the best deal in town.
A limo bus or Sprinter makes sense for a different kind of group: corporate hosts with clients, a family with grandparents who should not queue for a shuttle, a birthday group that wants dinner first and a stop afterwards, or fans who start from homes all over the city. The chauffeur drops everyone close to the stadium, waits through the game and collects the group from an agreed point away from the main exits, which is the part of the night that matters most. The Roughriders' official site publishes the schedule and game-day information, and sports event transportation explains the service.
Fans driving down from Saskatoon, about 259 km (161 mi) and a little over three hours each way, usually book an Executive Sprinter rather than a party bus for the highway and the bags; the round trip is quoted in the web booker. Our Saskatoon limo bus guide covers that end.
Concerts, the Pats and the Queen City Ex at the REAL District
The REAL District beside Mosaic Stadium is Regina's events campus. Its Brandt Centre is a 6,000-seat arena, home to the WHL's Regina Pats, and it hosts concerts, championship curling and touring shows. The Queen City Ex, the city's summer fair, runs at the REAL District from August 4 to 8, 2027, from noon to midnight, according to the organisers. All of these end with a big crowd leaving at once.
For concerts and Pats games, a 4 to 5 hour booking usually covers pickups, a pre-show dinner and the drive home. For the Ex, the long opening hours mean many groups prefer a drop-off and a late collection rather than keeping the vehicle all evening; tell the desk your plan and it will price the cheaper option. See concert transportation and event transportation.
Weddings, stagettes and nights downtown
Weddings. Wascana Centre, the large park around Wascana Lake, and the grounds of the Legislative Building make natural photo stops between a ceremony and a reception, whether the reception is downtown or at a venue outside the city; check whether a photography permit is needed. A common pairing is a First Class Sedan for the couple and a Sprinter or party bus for the wedding party, with the Sprinter running guest shuttles in the evening. The full-day Sprinter at US$1,620 usually beats counting seven or eight hours. See wedding limousine and guest shuttles.
Stagettes, stags and birthdays. These are the nights the party bus was built for: several home pickups, a dinner, two or three stops downtown or in the Warehouse District, and everyone dropped at their door. Plan five hours unless you know the group well.
Graduations. Grad committees book early, because graduation weekends concentrate demand. See prom and graduation limousines.
Chauffeurs follow Saskatchewan's rules on alcohol in vehicles, whoever is on board.
The comparison: limo bus, taxis, rideshare or the shuttle
For a group of twelve going to a game, the realistic alternatives are three or four taxis, three or four rideshares, or the free Rider Transit shuttle. Taxis are metered and capped by the City bylaw, so each car is inexpensive, but the group arrives in pieces and has to find each other again at the end. Rideshare prices move with demand, and at the final whistle the app is under the same pressure as everyone else's. Our Regina taxi guide sets out the bylaw fares and rideshare rules in detail.
The honest verdict: for small groups near a shuttle stop, use Rider Transit. For groups who want to stay together, start from different places, add dinner or a second stop, or need a guaranteed ride home at the end of a long night, one vehicle at one fixed price is the better plan. The general comparison is on chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft.
Winter nights and the busiest weeks
Regina books group vehicles all year, and two things change the plan more than any other. The first is winter. Cold, wind and blowing snow make the walk from a vehicle to a door feel longer, so ask the chauffeur to stop at the main entrance of each venue rather than a nearby side street, and build ten extra minutes into each leg. A vehicle with a wide door and a step is easier to board from an icy curb in dress shoes, which is one reason winter groups often move up a size. If a storm arrives on the day, the desk will call to agree any change of timing before the pickup.
The second is the calendar. Late November brings Canadian Western Agribition to the REAL District, and with it delegations, buyers and their hosts, all looking for vehicles in the same week as the city's usual holiday parties. A Riders home playoff game does the same at short notice. If your celebration lands in one of those weeks, book the vehicle as soon as you know the date; a fixed price is locked when you reserve.

How much does a limo bus cost in Regina?
The Executive Sprinter is US$220 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, so from US$660 per vehicle. The evening out package is US$1,100 and a full Sprinter day US$1,620. Party buses and stretch limousines are priced for your exact date and hours in the web booker. Prices are per vehicle, never per person.
How many hours should we book for a Riders game?
Five to six hours covers most game nights: pickups, arriving before kickoff, the game itself and waiting for the crowd to thin before the drive home. If you add a dinner stop, allow six. The desk will tell you whether hourly or the evening package is cheaper for your plan.
Is the free Rider Transit shuttle a better option?
For many fans, yes. The shuttles start 1 hour and 45 minutes before kickoff from stops across the city, and regular transit is free with a game ticket. A private vehicle is better for hosts with clients, families with less mobile members, or groups that want dinner and a guaranteed ride home together.
Can we book a limo bus for a wedding at Wascana?
Yes. A First Class Sedan for the couple and a Sprinter or party bus for the wedding party is a common pairing, with the Sprinter running guest shuttles later. A full Sprinter day costs US$1,620. Check with the venue or grounds about any photography permits you may need.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show. Refunds go back to the original card. The same terms apply to every vehicle class, from a business SUV to a stretch SUV limousine, so a large group booking is treated exactly like a single car.
