A Niagara Falls party bus on Elly8.net is priced in the web booker for your exact addresses, date and hours, all-in with the driver, taxes and standard gratuity. If you want a firm number before you open the booker, the closest fixed-price option is the 12-seat Executive Sprinter: US$220 an hour with a three-hour minimum, or US$1,100 for the evening out and event night package, per vehicle.
Niagara is an unusual party bus market. Groups come for a night at the Fallsview Casino, a weekend on Clifton Hill, a wine country day in Niagara-on-the-Lake or a wedding with a view of the river, and many of them start in Toronto or Buffalo rather than at the Falls. Most of the surprises are not about the bus at all: they are about the local by-law, the border, and the bill. Rides in Niagara Falls are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
How much does a party bus cost in Niagara Falls?
On Elly8.net a Niagara Falls party bus is quoted in the web booker for your route, date and hours, with the driver, taxes and standard gratuity included. The fixed-price alternative is a 12-seat Executive Sprinter at US$220 an hour, three-hour minimum, or US$1,100 for the evening package, per vehicle, not per person.
Party buses are not on the fixed Niagara price list because the vehicles differ more than any other class: seating layouts, lighting and sound vary between partners, and a Saturday in August is a different job from a Tuesday in March. The sedans, SUVs and the Sprinter are on the list, so you can see exact prices first.
| Plan | Executive Sprinter | Divided by 12, for comparison only | Business SUV | Divided by 6, for comparison only |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 hours, as directed | US$660 | US$55 | US$420 | US$70 |
| Evening out and event night | US$1,100 | about US$92 | US$700 | about US$117 |
| Private city highlights tour | US$880 | about US$73 | US$560 | about US$93 |
| Eight-hour wine country day | US$1,620 | US$135 | US$1,035 | US$172.50 |
| Full-day chauffeur | US$1,620 | US$135 | US$1,035 | US$172.50 |
Every price is per vehicle; the divided columns are arithmetic so a group can see what splitting the bill looks like. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the booked time are billed at cost. The full grid is on the Niagara Falls fares panel.

Sizes: what fits your group
These capacities are from our fleet page. Count the people who will actually ride, then size up if you are on the edge: a vehicle that is full on paper is cramped in party clothes with coats and bags.
| Vehicle | Passengers | How it is priced | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business SUV | up to 6 | fixed price list | small groups, couples' nights |
| First Class SUV | up to 6 | fixed price list | a premium cabin for six |
| Stretch Limousine | up to 8 | web booker | proms, weddings, the classic look |
| Executive Sprinter | up to 12 | fixed price list | casino nights, wine days, airport runs for groups |
| Party Bus | up to 12 | web booker | birthdays, bachelorette nights, the ride is the party |
| Stretch SUV Limousine | up to 16 | web booker | bigger celebrations |
| Two vehicles | 13 and up | web booker and desk | large weddings, office parties |
Party bus or Sprinter? A party bus has perimeter seating, lighting and a sound system, so the vehicle is part of the night. The Executive Sprinter has forward-facing seats and room for 12 bags, which suits an airport arrival, a wine day with cases to carry home, or a casino night where the group mostly wants a calm ride back to the hotel. Our party bus rental and Sprinter van with driver pages compare the two in detail.
The Niagara Region rules that change the plan
This is the section most groups skip, and it is the one that matters on the night. Vehicles for hire in Niagara, including limousines, are licensed by the Regional Municipality of Niagara under By-law 2021-58. The by-law defines limousines as specialty vehicles, and among the duties it sets for licensed drivers:
- No alcohol on board. A driver may not permit the consumption of any alcohol in the vehicle for hire.
- No more passengers than seats. A driver may not carry more passengers than the manufacturer's seating capacity and the available seat belts.
- No smoking, cannabis or e-cigarettes in the vehicle.
In practice this means a Niagara party bus is a party on wheels without the drinks. Plan the celebrating for the venue: the casino, a restaurant on Clifton Hill, a winery tasting room. Bottles bought at wineries travel closed in the luggage area. Asking a driver to bend the rule puts their licence at risk and ends the trip early; our chauffeurs follow local rules every time.
The seat rule matters for headcount. If 14 friends turn up for a 12-seat bus, two of them need another vehicle. Give the desk the final number a few days before and add a Business SUV if the group might grow. If anyone under the legal drinking age is riding, say so at booking; for proms and graduation nights, see prom limousine.
Where Niagara groups go
The Fallsview Casino Resort. The Fallsview Casino Resort hosts concerts and shows as well as the gaming floor, and show nights are when the hotel driveways are busiest. The chauffeur messages you on arrival with the exact pickup spot, and the evening package covers dinner, the show and the ride back.
Clifton Hill and the river. Restaurants and attractions run down the hill toward the river, and the Falls are illuminated every evening. Niagara Parks runs the attractions along the river and posts the fireworks schedule; on fireworks nights, Fallsview Boulevard and the Niagara Parkway slow to a crawl, so we build that into pickup times. Current listings are on Niagara Falls Tourism.
Wine country. A bachelorette or birthday group often spends the day at wineries and the evening at the Falls. The Niagara Grape and Wine Festival's Icewine series returns from January 15 to 31, 2027, and winter roads are a good reason to leave the driving to someone else. Our Niagara wine tour limo guide covers routes and timing.
Weddings. Ceremonies with a view, photos along the Niagara Parkway and receptions in Niagara-on-the-Lake. A First Class Sedan for the couple and a Sprinter or stretch SUV for the wedding party is a common plan; see wedding limousine and guest shuttles.
Groups starting in Toronto or Buffalo
Many Niagara party bookings start somewhere else.
From Toronto. Toronto and the GTA run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs. The fixed 10-hour Niagara Falls day trip from Toronto is priced from US$1,015 in a Business Sedan to US$2,025 in an Executive Sprinter, which suits a group that wants the Falls by day and Toronto by night. The drive is about 121 km (75 mi) from Pearson and longer on a Friday afternoon in summer. See the Toronto car service page.
From Buffalo. The Buffalo route crosses the Canada-US border on one of the Niagara bridges, and every passenger, including children, needs the travel documents the border requires. Border waits vary by hour and day, and nobody can promise them away. Bridge tolls are billed at cost. The six-hour Niagara Falls day trip from Buffalo, covering both sides of the Falls, runs from US$525 in a Business Sedan to US$1,050 in an Executive Sprinter. See Buffalo car service. A group with one missing passport is a group that does not cross, so check documents before the day.
Flying in. Buffalo (BUF) to the Fallsview hotel district is from US$485 in an Executive Sprinter, Hamilton (YHM) from US$690 and Toronto Pearson (YYZ) from US$820, the same fixed fare in either direction. For a group arriving on several flights, see group transportation.
A planning timeline that avoids surprises
Six to eight weeks out. Fix the date and a realistic headcount. Summer Saturdays, long weekends and the Icewine weekends go first.
Three to four weeks out. Choose the vehicle and the plan: hourly, the evening package or a full day. Book restaurant tables, show tickets and winery tastings, then send the times to the desk.
One week out. Confirm the final number, the pickup addresses and who the chauffeur should call. For cross-border trips, confirm every passport.
The day. Be ready at the pickup time. Waiting beyond the included time is billed at cost, and on a fireworks night a ten-minute delay at the start can become thirty by the end.
Questions to ask any operator before you pay
Whoever you book with, get these answers in writing:
- Is gratuity included? Elly8.net prices include standard gratuity. Many quotes in this business do not, and it appears on the final bill.
- Is the quote the total? Ours is all-in: chauffeur, vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity, with tolls, parking and extra waiting billed at cost. Ask about fuel, cleaning and "service" charges anywhere else.
- How many seats with belts? The by-law ties passengers to seats and belts, so the honest capacity is the belt count.
- When does the clock start? Some operators bill from the garage. Ask whether hours run from your pickup.
- What is the cancellation policy? Ours: free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, 100% at 24 hours or less or a no-show.
- Is the vehicle licensed in Niagara? The by-law issues a Vehicle for Hire plate for each licensed vehicle. Limousines may keep the plate inside rather than on the rear, but it must be available for inspection on demand by a passenger, so you are entitled to ask to see it.

Frequently asked questions
Can we drink on a party bus in Niagara Falls?
No. Niagara Region's vehicle-for-hire by-law says a driver may not permit the consumption of any alcohol in a licensed vehicle for hire. Our chauffeurs follow local rules, so drinks stay at the casino, the restaurant or the winery. Plan the vehicle as the safe way between venues, not as the bar.
How many people fit on a Niagara party bus?
The party bus class on our fleet page seats up to 12, the same as the Executive Sprinter. A stretch SUV limousine takes up to 16. The by-law ties passengers to seats and seat belts, so groups larger than the vehicle book a second car rather than squeezing in.
What is the cheapest way to move 12 people around Niagara for an evening?
The evening out and event night package in an Executive Sprinter is US$1,100 per vehicle, all-in. Divided by 12, for comparison only, that is about US$92 each. Three hours as directed is US$660, about US$55 each on the same arithmetic.
Can a party bus pick us up in Toronto?
Yes. Toronto rides run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs, and the fixed 10-hour Niagara Falls day trip from Toronto starts at US$1,015 in a Business Sedan and US$2,025 in an Executive Sprinter. A party bus from Toronto is quoted in the web booker for your exact route and hours.
Do we need passports for a party bus from Buffalo?
Yes. Every passenger, including children, needs the documents the Canada-US border requires, and the vehicle cannot cross if one person is missing them. Border waits vary, and bridge tolls are billed at cost. Check documents a week before the trip.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show. Refunds go back to the original card. Headcount changes are easiest more than a week out.
