A Park City party bus for a birthday, a bachelorette weekend or a wedding night is priced on Elly8.net in the web booker for your date, addresses and hours, and the price it shows is the price you pay. The fixed-price alternative many groups choose is a 12-seat Executive Sprinter at US$200 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, or US$1,000 for the five-hour evening out and event night package, per vehicle and all-in.
Most of the stories about group transport going wrong come down to a handful of surprises: a quote that turns out to be per person, a gratuity or fuel charge added at the end, a bus that cannot get up a snowy driveway in Deer Valley. This guide covers the sizes and the prices, then works through those surprises one by one. Rides in Park City are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
How much is a party bus in Park City?
On Elly8.net a party bus in Park City is priced in the web booker for your exact night, all-in. The fixed alternative is an Executive Sprinter for up to 12: US$200 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, US$1,000 for a five-hour evening, or US$1,475 for a full day. A Business SUV for up to 6 is US$125 an hour.
Every price includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity. Tolls, parking and time beyond the booked block are billed at cost. The full list is on the Park City fares panel.

Sizes: which vehicle fits your group
| Vehicle | Seats | Strength in Park City | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business SUV | up to 6 | small groups; handles snowy drives | Park City price list |
| First Class SUV | up to 6 | a premium SUV for a birthday or couple's night | Park City price list |
| Executive Sprinter | up to 12 | forward seats, high roof, room for coats and boots | Park City price list |
| Party Bus | up to 12 on our fleet page | lighting, sound, perimeter seating | web booker |
| Stretch Limousine | up to 8 | the classic limo for photos | web booker |
| Stretch SUV Limousine | up to 16 | bigger celebrations with the limo look | web booker |
Seats are listed on the fleet page. Above 16, book two vehicles; in Park City that is often more practical anyway, because a group staying across Canyons Village, Old Town and Deer Valley can be collected faster by two vehicles than by one.
Park City prices you can plan around
| Booking | Business SUV (up to 6) | First Class SUV (up to 6) | Executive Sprinter (up to 12) |
|---|---|---|---|
| By the hour, 3-hour minimum | US$125 an hour | US$150 an hour | US$200 an hour |
| Evening out and event night | US$625 | US$750 | US$1,000 |
| Full-day chauffeur | US$920 | US$1,105 | US$1,475 |
| SLC airport to Main Street, one way | US$400 | US$490 | US$795 |
As arithmetic for comparison only, twelve people sharing the US$1,000 Sprinter evening pay about US$83 each, and six sharing the US$625 Business SUV evening pay about US$104 each. The booking itself is one price for one vehicle.
Eight surprises, and how to avoid them
1. The quote was per person
Some quotes are written per head, which makes a vehicle look cheaper until the group grows. Elly8.net prices are per vehicle, never per person. If any quote you receive is per person, convert it to a total before comparing.
2. The gratuity was added at the end
A common surprise is a gratuity line added to the invoice after the night. Our prices already include a standard gratuity, along with taxes. Ask any operator whether the quote includes gratuity, taxes and fees, in writing.
3. Fuel, admin or "event" fees appear later
Ask for an all-in figure. On Elly8.net, what the booker or price list shows is what you pay, with only tolls, parking and time beyond the booked hours billed at cost.
4. The hours ran out at the worst moment
Hourly bookings run from the first pickup to the final drop-off, including the time the driver waits. Dinners run long, and the drive between bases adds up. If there is any doubt, book the longer block when you reserve. Extra time is billed at cost, and a five-hour job is easier for a partner to plan than an extension at midnight.
5. The bus could not reach the house
Park City has plenty of rental homes with steep, narrow or icy drives, especially around Deer Valley and the hillsides above Old Town. A long vehicle may not be able to turn. Send the exact address when you book; the desk checks access and either sends a vehicle that suits the drive or agrees a pickup point at the bottom.
6. Main Street pickup chaos
Main Street is steep and narrow, and on busy nights there is little room for a large vehicle to stop. The driver drops at an agreed point and stages nearby. Agree one meeting point for the end of the night, usually a side street, so nobody is wandering in the snow looking for the bus.
7. Snow changed the plan
Winter is the reason most groups are in Park City, and it affects the night. The Utah Department of Transportation requires traction devices on designated routes in severe winter weather, and a night that includes a trip to Salt Lake City runs through Parleys Canyon both ways. Our partners run vehicles prepared for winter roads, and the desk will suggest more slack between stops on storm nights.
8. Cancellation terms nobody read
Ours are simple. More than 72 hours before pickup, free. At 72 hours or less, 10%. At 48 hours or less, 50%. At 24 hours or less, or a no-show, 100%. Refunds go to the original card. Settle the head count before the 72-hour line.
The nights groups book most in Park City
Main Street dinner and a second stop. A group staying at Canyons Village or a rental home heads into Old Town for dinner, then on to a second stop. Four or five hours is typical: US$800 to US$1,000 in a Sprinter.
Deer Valley dinner. Deer Valley is about a mile from Main Street. Many guests at Deer Valley Resort lodges are ski-in, ski-out, so the car is only for the evening. An SUV evening at US$625 is often enough.
A night in Salt Lake City. A game, a concert or a restaurant downtown means about 38 miles (62 km) each way. Book the full five hours, or more: the evening package covers the drive, the wait and the return.
Wedding guest shuttles. Ceremonies at resorts or ranches, guests across three bases and a late finish. Sprinters looping between central pickup points work better than one bus. See wedding limousine.
Team nights after an offsite. An activity day at the Utah Olympic Park, maintained by the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation, followed by dinner in town. A corporate account gives monthly invoicing.
Four sample budgets
| Night | Vehicle and hours | Fixed price per vehicle | Per person, as arithmetic only |
|---|---|---|---|
| Five friends, Deer Valley dinner | Business SUV, evening package | US$625 | US$125 each |
| Eight for a birthday on Main Street | Executive Sprinter, 4 hours | US$800 | US$100 each |
| Twelve, bachelorette night | Executive Sprinter, evening package | US$1,000 | about US$83 each |
| Twenty, night in Salt Lake City | Two Sprinters, evening package each | US$2,000 | US$100 each |
Each figure includes the chauffeur, taxes and standard gratuity. Party bus quotes come from the web booker for the exact night, and the number it shows is the number you pay.
Party bus or Sprinter?
A party bus makes the vehicle part of the night, with lighting, music and side seating. It suits a bachelorette loop on a clear evening. For winter nights, rental homes and trips down the canyon, a Sprinter is usually the more practical choice: forward-facing seats, a high roof, room for coats and boots, and a fixed price on the Park City list. The party bus rental and Sprinter van with driver pages compare the two in detail.
When the free bus is enough
Be honest with the group budget. According to the city's transit page, Park City Transit has run fare-free since 1975. High Valley Transit's on-demand Micro vans are free too, and in the Summit County zone around Kimball Junction and Jeremy Ranch they run daily from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. If everyone is staying near a bus route and the night stays in town, the bus may be all you need.
A booked vehicle earns its place when the group is spread out, the night includes Salt Lake City, it is snowing, or the group simply wants to arrive and leave together. Our Park City taxi and rideshare guide compares the everyday options.
Rules on board
The chauffeur follows Utah's rules on alcohol in vehicles, which depend on the vehicle and the operator's licence. Plan toasts at the venue. Nobody under 21 drinks on board, and student or family groups should be booked as no-alcohol trips. Passengers stay seated while the vehicle moves, and cleaning or damage beyond normal use may be charged by the operator at cost.
Booking timeline and steps
Book the holiday weeks, January long weekends and spring break as early as you can; larger vehicles go first. Six weeks out, settle head count, stops and hours. Two weeks out, send exact addresses and one group lead's mobile number. The 72-hour line is the last free change.
When you book, send four things in one message: every address in order, the restaurant or venue names, the expected end time, and one lead's mobile number. With those, the desk can check driveways, suggest pickup points on Main Street and size the hours correctly, which is where most surprises start.
- Enter the first pickup and every stop, or choose by the hour.
- Pick an SUV or Sprinter from the Park City price list, or a party bus or stretch SUV in the web booker.
- Press Reserve now and pay by card. Confirmation arrives by email, with the driver's details before the night.
Groups arriving together can add the airport run; our SLC to Park City guide explains the pickup. For celebrations in other mountain towns, see the Vail party bus guide, or browse Salt Lake City car service for nights down in the city.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a party bus cost in Park City?
A party bus is priced in the Elly8.net web booker for your date, addresses and hours, all-in. For a fixed figure in advance, an Executive Sprinter for up to 12 is US$200 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, US$1,000 for a five-hour evening, or US$1,475 for a full day.
Is gratuity included?
Yes. Every Elly8.net price includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and a standard gratuity. Tolls, parking and time beyond the booked hours are billed at cost, and cleaning or damage beyond normal use may be charged by the operator at cost. Nothing else is added afterwards.
How many people fit on a party bus in Park City?
The party bus class on our fleet page seats up to 12, the same as an Executive Sprinter. A stretch SUV limousine seats up to 16. For larger groups, book two vehicles, which also helps when guests are staying in different parts of town.
Can the bus pick us up from a rental home in Deer Valley?
Usually. Send the exact address when you book. Some homes have steep or icy drives that a long vehicle cannot use safely in winter, so the desk may send a Sprinter or SUV, or agree a pickup point at the bottom of the drive.
How far ahead should we book for a holiday weekend?
As early as possible for the holiday weeks, January long weekends and spring break, when lodging is full. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, so you can hold the vehicle while the group confirms numbers.
Can we go to Salt Lake City and back on a party bus?
Yes. Salt Lake City is about 38 miles (62 km) from Park City through Parleys Canyon, so book enough hours for the drive both ways plus the event. The five-hour evening package, US$1,000 in a Sprinter, covers most nights; add time if the event runs late.
