A Buffalo party bus on Elly8.net is priced in the web booker for your exact addresses, date and hours, with the driver, taxes and standard gratuity included, so the number you see is the number you pay. If you want a price before you even open the booker, the closest fixed-price option is a 12-seat Executive Sprinter at US$190 an hour in Buffalo with a 3-hour minimum, or US$950 on the evening out and event night package, all-in for the vehicle.
Most of the bad stories about party buses are not about the bus. They are about the bill: gratuity added at the end, a fuel surcharge nobody mentioned, a cleaning fee, overtime billed at a higher rate, or a vehicle that turned out to seat fewer people than promised. This guide covers sizes and prices, then goes through the surprises one by one. Rides in Buffalo are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
How much does a party bus cost in Buffalo?
On Elly8.net a Buffalo party bus is quoted in the web booker for your route, date and hours, all-in with the driver, taxes and standard gratuity. The fixed-price alternative is a 12-seat Executive Sprinter at US$190 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, or US$950 for the evening out and event night package, per vehicle.
Party buses are not on our fixed city price lists because the vehicles themselves vary: seating layouts, lighting and sound differ between partners, and a Bills Sunday in December is a different job from a Thursday birthday in April. The Sprinter, the business SUV and the sedans are on the published Buffalo list, so you can see their prices before you start.

Sizes: what fits your group
These capacities are from our fleet page. Choose by the number of people who will actually ride, and size up if you are on the edge.
| Vehicle | Seats | Buffalo price | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business SUV | up to 6 | US$120 an hour; US$600 evening package | small groups, flexible plans |
| First Class SUV | up to 6 | US$145 an hour; US$725 evening package | a premium cabin for six |
| Stretch Limousine | up to 8 | web booker | the classic look for proms and weddings |
| Executive Sprinter | up to 12 | US$190 an hour; US$950 evening package | game days, Falls trips, concerts |
| Party Bus | up to 12 | web booker | lighting and sound; the bus is the party |
| Stretch SUV Limousine | up to 16 | web booker | bigger celebrations |
| Two vehicles | 13 and up | booker and desk | big birthdays, office parties |
Hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum. The evening package is a fixed block for a typical night out, and time beyond the booked hours is billed at the hourly rate.
Party bus or Sprinter? The party bus has perimeter seating and a sound system, so the ride is part of the celebration. The Executive Sprinter has forward-facing seats and room for 12 bags, so it is the better choice for a Falls day trip, an airport run for a wedding party or a game day where you mostly want a calm ride home. Our party bus rental and Sprinter van with driver pages compare them in detail.
Prices, in round numbers
| Plan | Executive Sprinter | Divided by 12, for comparison only | Business SUV | Divided by 6, for comparison only |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 hours hourly | US$570 | US$47.50 | US$360 | US$60 |
| Evening out and event night | US$950 | about US$79 | US$600 | US$100 |
| Niagara Falls day trip, 6 hours | US$1,050 | US$87.50 | US$665 | about US$111 |
| Full-day chauffeur | US$1,400 | about US$117 | US$885 | US$147.50 |
Every price is per vehicle, never per person; the divided columns are arithmetic to help a group split the cost. The Niagara Falls day covers both sides of the Falls, so every passenger needs a passport or another accepted document for the crossing, and bridge tolls are billed at cost.
The surprises, and how to avoid them
1. Gratuity added at the end. Many quotes in this business exclude the driver's gratuity, which then appears on the final bill. Elly8.net prices include standard gratuity. Whoever you book with, ask the question in writing.
2. Fuel and "service" surcharges. Ask whether the quote is the total or a base rate. Ours is all-in: chauffeur, vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost, and nothing else is added.
3. Overtime at a premium. If the night runs long, how is extra time charged? On our hourly classes, extra time is billed at the hourly rate. Agree a realistic end time up front so overtime is a choice, not an accident.
4. Garage time. Some operators bill from the moment the vehicle leaves their garage. Ask whether the hours start at your first pickup. On Elly8.net the booker quote is for your trip as entered.
5. Fewer seats than promised. A "20-passenger bus" that seats 14 comfortably is a classic complaint. Our fleet page lists the seats per class, and the desk tells you what partners can supply for your date rather than promising a size it cannot confirm.
6. Cleaning and damage fees. Ask what triggers a cleaning fee and how much it is. The simplest protection is a clear set of house rules for your group before the night.
7. Deposits and cancellations. Know the policy before you pay. Ours: free more than 72 hours before pickup; 10% at 72 hours or less; 50% at 48 hours or less; 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show. Refunds go to the original card.
8. Who is actually driving. Ask whether the operator is licensed and commercially insured, and how old the vehicle is. Our Buffalo partners are licensed and commercially insured, vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network, and partner vehicles are four model years old or newer.
Bills game days at Highmark Stadium
The new Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park opened for the 2026 NFL season, and game days are the busiest group-transport days of the Buffalo year. Traffic on the routes into Orchard Park builds hours before kickoff, and the Bills publish parking and drop-off arrangements for each game.
Plan the drop-off and pickup points with the desk in advance. The chauffeur stages at the agreed point after the game rather than sitting in the exit queue, and your group walks to it. Agree a meeting time that allows for the crowd.
Keep the party at the tailgate, not in the vehicle. The chauffeur follows New York's rules on alcohol in vehicles, which differ by vehicle type; ask the desk what applies to the vehicle you book.
Dress for the weather and leave room for it. Winter coats, blankets and bags take space; twelve fans in December are bulkier than twelve in September, which is one reason groups choose the Sprinter.
A sample game day for twelve. For a 1:00 pm kickoff, a typical plan starts with pickups from two meeting points in the city around 9:30 am, arrival at the agreed drop-off before the traffic peaks, the game, and a walk to the agreed pickup point after the final whistle. Home by about 6:00 pm, that is roughly eight and a half hours. On the hourly rate an Executive Sprinter costs US$190 an hour, so about US$1,615 for the day; the full-day chauffeur package, from US$1,400 in a Sprinter, is often the better line to book for a long game day, with any extra time at the hourly rate. Divided by twelve fans that is under US$117 each, as arithmetic for comparison only. Cut the pickups to one meeting point and leave a little later, and the day gets shorter and cheaper.
See sports event transportation for how we plan game days across our cities.
Sabres nights, concerts and downtown
Downtown, KeyBank Center is home to the Sabres and hosts concerts, and the waterfront at Canalside has events in every season, from summer concerts to winter skating. The evening out and event night package, from US$475 in a business sedan to US$950 in an Executive Sprinter, covers the ride in, the wait and the ride home. A typical plan is dinner in the Elmwood Village or Allentown, the game or show, and drop-offs in reverse pickup order. See concert transportation.
Birthdays, bachelorette parties, proms and weddings
Birthdays and bachelorette nights usually need four to five hours: pickups, dinner, one or two stops and drop-offs. Book the evening package and add an hour if the plan has more than three stops.
Proms run on a fixed pickup list, a firm return time and a parent's phone number in the booking. A stretch limousine for up to 8 or a Sprinter for up to 12 suits most groups; see prom limousine.
Weddings often combine photos at the Falls or the waterfront with guest shuttles. A First Class car for the couple and an Executive Sprinter for the wedding party is the common pairing. Guests flying in can be collected at BUF; our Buffalo airport limo guide explains how group arrivals work. See wedding limousine and guest shuttles.
Ontario groups coming for a game or a night out should read Toronto to Buffalo: private car vs shuttle vs driving yourself for the border plan. Running a similar night in Rhode Island? Our Providence party bus guide uses the same approach.

Frequently asked questions
How many people does a Buffalo party bus hold?
On our fleet, a party bus seats up to 12, the same as an Executive Sprinter. A stretch limousine seats up to 8 and a stretch SUV limousine up to 16. For bigger groups the desk can book two vehicles, or ask partners what larger buses are available for your date.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Yes. Every Elly8.net price includes the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. If you compare quotes from other companies, ask whether gratuity and fuel are included, because that is where most price differences hide.
What is the minimum booking for a party bus in Buffalo?
Hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum, with the Executive Sprinter at US$190 an hour. The evening out and event night package is a fixed block for a typical night, US$950 in a Sprinter or US$600 in a business SUV. Party bus quotes in the booker are for the hours you enter.
Can a party bus take us to a Bills game?
Yes. Book the evening package, an hourly booking or a party bus quote for game day. The desk agrees a drop-off and a pickup point near Highmark Stadium with you in advance, and the chauffeur waits at the pickup point after the game rather than in the exit traffic.
Can we go to Niagara Falls, Canada, on a party bus?
Yes, if every passenger has a passport or another accepted document for the border. Many groups prefer the 6-hour Niagara Falls day trip in an Executive Sprinter, from US$1,050, because it is fixed-price and covers both sides. Bridge tolls are billed at cost.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free more than 72 hours before pickup. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less or for a no-show 100%. Refunds go back to the original card.
