A limo to Niagara is usually one of four trips: an airport transfer into the Fallsview hotels, an evening at the casino or a show, a wedding or celebration day, or a day touring the Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake wine country. With Elly8.net every one of them has a fixed, all-in price per vehicle: hourly service from US$110 an hour, an evening out from US$550 and a full day from US$810 in a business sedan, up to US$220 an hour, US$1,100 and US$1,620 in an Executive Sprinter.
The vehicle matters more than the word "limo". A stretch limousine looks the part in photos but rarely suits an airport run with suitcases, and a sedan is wrong for eight friends. This guide sets out the five classes on the Niagara price list, what each one is good for, what the main packages cost and the booking details that keep the day on schedule.
What kind of limo should you book for Niagara?
Match the vehicle to bags and people. A business or first class sedan takes up to 3 passengers and 2 bags, a business or first class SUV up to 6 and 6, and an Executive Sprinter up to 12 and 12. Couples book sedans, families and small groups book SUVs, and wedding parties and wine-tour groups book the Sprinter.
| Vehicle | Takes up to | Hourly (3-hour minimum) | Evening out and event night | Full-day chauffeur | Typical Niagara use |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | 3 passengers, 2 bags | US$110 | US$550 | US$810 | couples, airport runs, business trips |
| Business SUV | 6 passengers, 6 bags | US$140 | US$700 | US$1,035 | families, golf groups, winter weather |
| First class SUV | 6 passengers, 6 bags | US$165 | US$825 | US$1,215 | anniversaries, VIP arrivals |
| First class sedan | 3 passengers, 2 bags | US$180 | US$900 | US$1,325 | executives, proposals, special nights |
| Executive Sprinter | 12 passengers, 12 bags | US$220 | US$1,100 | US$1,620 | wedding parties, wine tours, teams |
All prices are per vehicle, never per person. They include the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity; tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. The full grid is in the Niagara Falls fares panel and photos of every class are on the fleet page.

Stretch limousines and party buses
The Niagara price list covers the five classes above. If your group has its heart set on a stretch limousine or a party bus for a bachelorette, a prom or a milestone birthday, ask the desk; availability depends on the date, and the quote is fixed before you pay like any other booking. Two practical points before you decide: a stretch limousine has little luggage space, so it is a poor airport vehicle, and a party bus is about the ride itself, while a Sprinter is about getting a group from place to place in comfort.
Our pages on limousine service and party bus rental explain the differences, and black car vs limousine helps if you are torn. For a wider view of pricing, see how much does a limo cost.
The four Niagara trips, and the right booking for each
1. The airport run
Most limo bookings to Niagara begin at an airport. Fares to the Fallsview hotel district are fixed per vehicle: from Buffalo (BUF) US$185 in a business sedan to US$485 in an Executive Sprinter; from Hamilton (YHM) US$265 to US$690; and from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) US$315 to US$820. The fare is the same in either direction. For the full walkthrough of each route, read our guides to Pearson to Niagara Falls and Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls.
Tip: do not book a stretch limousine for the airport. Two people with two suitcases fill a sedan's trunk; four people with luggage need an SUV.
2. A casino night or a show
The evening out and event night package, from US$550 in a business sedan, covers dinner, a show or a night at the Fallsview Casino Resort or on Clifton Hill, with the car waiting and the ride back to your hotel, or home to the GTA. Summer evenings and fireworks nights slow Fallsview Boulevard and the Niagara Parkway, so the chauffeur plans pickups around a staging point rather than the front door at the busiest moments. See concert transportation and event transportation.
3. A wedding or celebration day
Niagara is a classic place to marry, propose or celebrate an anniversary. A typical wedding day combines a ceremony with a view, photos along the Niagara Parkway and a reception in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Book one first class sedan or SUV to stay with the couple for the full day, from US$1,215 in a first class SUV, and an Executive Sprinter, from US$1,620 for the day, to move the wedding party between locations. Give the desk the full run sheet: addresses, photo stops and the time the last guests leave. See wedding limousine service.
4. A touring day
For a day on your own schedule, there are two routes: the private city highlights tour, from US$440 in a business sedan to US$880 in an Executive Sprinter, which covers the river from Table Rock to the Whirlpool and Queenston Heights; and the eight-hour Niagara-on-the-Lake wineries day, from US$810 to US$1,620. Our guides to planning a chauffeured Niagara Falls tour and a Niagara-on-the-Lake wine tour with a private driver set out sample schedules.
Choosing between hourly and a package
Hourly service, with a 3-hour minimum, suits short evenings and trips with a clear end time. The packages suit longer days, because a package price is lower than the same hours booked one by one. A rough guide:
- Under 3 hours of driving and waiting: book hourly; you pay the 3-hour minimum.
- An evening of 4 to 5 hours: the evening out and event night package is usually the simpler choice.
- A day of 6 hours or more: the full-day chauffeur or the wine country day.
- Airport plus a night out on arrival day: book the transfer and an evening package separately, so each part is priced on its own terms.
If you are unsure, enter the plan in the web booker or ask the desk, which will tell you which booking is cheaper for your hours.
A sample Niagara celebration day
To show how the pieces fit, here is how the desk might plan a Saturday anniversary for two, staying in a Fallsview hotel, in a first class sedan booked as a full-day chauffeur from US$1,325.
- 11:00 am. Pickup at the hotel. A slow drive north along the Niagara Parkway with a stop at the Floral Clock for photos.
- 12:30 pm. Lunch and a reserved tasting at an estate in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
- 2:30 pm. A second tasting, then an hour on Queen Street for shopping.
- 5:00 pm. Back to the hotel to change.
- 7:00 pm. Dinner with a view of the Falls, then a walk to watch the illumination.
- 10:00 pm. Back to the hotel, or on to the casino for the evening.
For a larger group, the same day works in an Executive Sprinter, from US$1,620 for the day. If the anniversary is really one evening, the evening out and event night package, from US$550 in a business sedan or US$900 in a first class sedan, is the better fit.
Rules worth knowing before you book
Niagara Region licenses pre-arranged vehicles for hire, including limousines, under By-law 2021-58. Two parts matter to passengers.
The price is agreed first. The by-law requires businesses that take pre-arranged bookings online or by phone to keep a record showing the passenger accepted the fare or rate before the trip began. A fixed quote, accepted and paid at booking, is exactly that.
No alcohol in the vehicle. The by-law says a driver may not permit the consumption of any alcohol in a licensed vehicle for hire. Our chauffeurs follow local rules, so tastings stay at the wineries, toasts happen at the venue and bottles bought during the day travel closed. Plan celebrations accordingly.
Niagara Region's business licences page also covers taxis and rideshare, which run under separate rules. Rides in Niagara Falls are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer.
Booking tips that save time and money
- Book early for June to October Saturdays. Weddings, wine tours and summer weekend traffic all peak together, and Sprinters go first.
- Count bags, not just people. Golf bags, strollers and wedding dresses on hangers take space; mention them.
- Give exact addresses. Fallsview hotels often have several entrances, and Niagara-on-the-Lake estates can have separate gates for tastings and events.
- Book winery tastings yourself or with the desk's plan. Many estates ask groups to reserve; the chauffeur works to those times.
- Ask for child seats in advance. They are available on request; give each child's age and weight.
- Round trips save. Airport fares booked as a round trip cost less than two singles: from US$600 instead of US$630 for Pearson in a business sedan.
- Use an account for repeat bookings. Companies can open a corporate account with monthly invoicing, and hotels can book for guests through a hotel account.
Limo to Niagara from Toronto or Buffalo
A limo to Niagara often starts in a city rather than at an airport. Toronto and the GTA run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs; the Toronto page lists a 10-hour Niagara Falls day trip from US$1,015 in a business sedan, and our guide to Toronto to Niagara Falls by private car, shuttle or driving yourself compares the ways to get there. From Buffalo, the 6-hour Niagara Falls day trip covers both sides of the river and starts at US$525. See Toronto, Buffalo and Hamilton for those cities' fares.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo in Niagara Falls per hour?
Elly8.net hourly service in Niagara Falls starts at US$110 an hour in a business sedan, US$140 in a business SUV and US$220 in an Executive Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum. Prices are per vehicle and include the chauffeur, taxes and standard gratuity. Tolls and parking are billed at cost.
Can we drink in the limo on a Niagara wine tour?
No. Niagara Region's vehicle-for-hire by-law says a driver may not permit the consumption of alcohol in a licensed vehicle for hire, and our chauffeurs follow local rules. Tastings happen at the wineries, and bottles you buy travel home closed.
What is the best vehicle for a wedding party in Niagara?
An Executive Sprinter, which takes up to 12 passengers, is the usual choice for the wedding party, with a first class sedan or SUV for the couple. A full-day booking starts at US$1,620 for the Sprinter and US$1,215 for a first class SUV.
Do you offer stretch limousines in Niagara Falls?
The Niagara price list covers sedans, SUVs and the Executive Sprinter. For a stretch limousine or a party bus, ask the desk with your date; availability varies, and the price is fixed before you pay like any other booking.
How far ahead should I book a limo to Niagara?
For summer and autumn Saturdays, wedding dates and harvest-season wine tours, book several weeks ahead, especially for a Sprinter. For a midweek airport transfer, a few days is usually enough. Free cancellation applies until 72 hours before pickup.
Is the price per person?
No. Every Elly8.net price is per vehicle. A business SUV for six or an Executive Sprinter for twelve is one fare for the whole group; dividing it by the number of guests is arithmetic for comparison only.
