An Atlantic City party bus booking comes down to three numbers: how many people, how many hours and how much per vehicle. On Elly8.net, the fixed-price group vehicle is a 12-seat Executive Sprinter at US$190 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, or US$950 for the evening out and event night package. Party buses, stretch limousines and stretch SUVs are quoted in the web booker for your date, at one all-in price for the vehicle.
The mistakes are predictable: a head count that grows by four in the last week, a three-hour booking for a five-hour night, and a quote that leaves out gratuity. This guide works through each number with the published prices, so the group knows the total before anyone pays a deposit.
How much does a party bus cost in Atlantic City?
On Elly8.net, an Executive Sprinter for up to 12 costs US$190 an hour with a 3-hour minimum (from US$570), or US$950 for the evening out package covering the ride, the wait and the ride back. Party buses and stretch limousines are quoted in the web booker. Prices are per vehicle, with taxes and standard gratuity included.
For smaller groups, a Business SUV for up to six is US$120 an hour or US$600 for the evening package, and a First Class SUV is US$145 an hour or US$725 for the evening. A Business Sedan for two or three is US$95 an hour or US$475 for the evening. All prices include the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity; tolls, parking and waiting beyond the booking are billed at cost. The full grid is on the Atlantic City fares panel.

Number one: how many people
Start with the confirmed head count, then add a margin. Group bookings rarely shrink.
| Confirmed group | Vehicle | Seats and bags (fleet page) | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 to 3 | Business or First Class Sedan | 3 and 2 | From US$95 an hour |
| 4 to 6 | Business or First Class SUV | 6 and 6 | From US$120 an hour |
| 7 to 8 | Stretch Limousine | 8 and 2 | Web booker |
| 7 to 12 | Executive Sprinter | 12 and 12 | US$190 an hour, US$950 evening |
| 9 to 12 | Party Bus | 12 and 2 | Web booker |
| 13 to 16 | Stretch SUV Limousine | 16 and 2 | Web booker, subject to availability |
| 17 to 24 | Two Sprinters | 24 and 24 | Two vehicles at the published rate |
Three things change the count:
- Seats are seats. Every passenger needs a seat with a belt. If the group is 13, a 12-seat vehicle does not work, however small the thirteenth person is.
- Bags. A party bus or stretch carries little luggage, two bags on the fleet page. If the same vehicle is doing the airport or Philadelphia transfer, a Sprinter with room for 12 bags is the realistic choice.
- Splitting up. Groups that will separate at midnight, half to the club and half back to the hotel, do better with two SUVs than one bus.
The fleet page shows every class, and our party bus rental page explains how party buses differ from Sprinters.
Number two: how many hours
Atlantic City distances are short, so the hours go on everything else. A typical casino night looks like this:
- Pickups: 20 to 30 minutes to collect a group from two hotels, longer if someone is still checking in.
- Dinner: two hours at the table, and the vehicle waits throughout.
- The show or the club: three hours or more from arrival to exit, especially for a sold-out concert.
- Between properties: the Boardwalk casinos and the Marina District are across town from each other, so a move from dinner on the Boardwalk to a club at the Marina adds a ride.
- The last drop-off: after 2 a.m., with a few stops, it takes longer than anyone plans.
Add it up and most nights run five to six hours. On the hourly Sprinter rate, that is US$950 for five hours and US$1,140 for six. At five hours the evening package, also US$950, is the simpler choice, because the price covers the ride there, the wait and the ride back without counting the minutes.
| Hours | Executive Sprinter, hourly | Business SUV, hourly | Better option |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | US$570 | US$360 | Hourly |
| 4 | US$760 | US$480 | Hourly |
| 5 | US$950 | US$600 | Evening package (same price, fixed) |
| 6 | US$1,140 | US$720 | Evening package |
| 8 to 10 | Full-day chauffeur, US$1,400 | Full-day chauffeur, US$885 | Full day |
A sensible rule: for a dinner-and-show night, book the evening package; for a short ride to one venue and back, book hourly; for a day that starts with a wedding or a golf outing and ends at a club, book the full day.

Number three: the cost, per vehicle
Elly8.net prices are always per vehicle, never per person. Dividing by the head count is useful only as arithmetic for comparison:
- Twelve friends, one Sprinter, evening package: US$950 for the vehicle, about US$79 each.
- Six friends, one Business SUV, evening package: US$600, about US$100 each.
- Twenty friends, two Sprinters, evening package: US$1,900 for the two vehicles, US$95 each.
Compare that honestly with the alternatives. The AC Jitney charges US$3 one way on its city routes, according to NJ Transit's Atlantic City page, and runs 24 hours on three of its four routes. For a group happy to ride in shifts and wait at stops, it is far cheaper. What the booked vehicle adds is staying together, a driver who waits, no queue for app rides after a show, and a fixed total agreed before the night.
Getting the group to Atlantic City
Most party weekends start somewhere else, often Philadelphia or New York, and the transfer is half the cost.
From Philadelphia airport. An Executive Sprinter from PHL to the Boardwalk casinos is US$975, or US$1,855 as a round trip; a Business SUV is US$490 one way. See the Philadelphia to Atlantic City guide.
From New York. Midtown to the Boardwalk is about 129 mi (207 km), roughly 2 hours 45 minutes on a clear road; the fare is quoted in the web booker. The NYC to Atlantic City guide covers timing.
From ACY. If the group flies in, the Sprinter from Atlantic City International to the casinos is US$455.
By train. If some of the group take the train from Philadelphia, note NJ Transit's last departure from Atlantic City around 10:51 p.m. A booked vehicle home after midnight saves the hotel night.
A common pattern: one Sprinter for the transfer down on Friday, the evening package on Saturday, and the same Sprinter home on Sunday. For a full comparison of vehicles and routes, see our limo to Atlantic City guide.
Two worked examples
A bachelor weekend for 14 from Philadelphia. Fourteen is the awkward number: too many for one 12-seat vehicle. The usual answer is an Executive Sprinter plus a Business SUV. From PHL, that is US$975 plus US$490 one way, US$1,465 for both vehicles; booked as round trips, US$1,855 plus US$935, or US$2,790. On Saturday night, the evening package for the same pair is US$950 plus US$600, or US$1,550. The weekend's driving totals US$4,340 for two vehicles, and as arithmetic for comparison only, that is about US$310 a head across fourteen. If the group can trim to twelve, one Sprinter does it all for US$1,855 plus US$950, US$2,805 in total.
A Thursday birthday for eight already in town. No transfer needed. The group wants dinner on the Boardwalk at 7 p.m., a show at 9.30 p.m. and a late drink in the Marina District. Pickups start at 6.30 p.m., the last drop-off is close to 1 a.m.: about six and a half hours. Hourly, the Sprinter would be US$1,235; the evening package at US$950 covers the plan at a fixed price. A stretch limousine seats eight too, quoted in the booker, if the photos matter more than the cabin space.
Visit Atlantic City, the official tourism site, lists concerts, comedy and events by date, which is the easiest way to check whether your Saturday clashes with a sold-out show and its traffic.
Where the night goes: venues and drop-offs
NJ Transit's page lists the big entertainment rooms as Hard Rock Live, the Borgata Event Center, Ocean Casino Resort's Ovation Hall and the Atlantic City Convention Center, alongside Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall, which lists Goosemas Night 1 on December 11, 2026. Each casino has its own vehicle entrance; the chauffeur drops at the hotel's main entrance on the street side and agrees a pickup point for later.
For a show night, agree the pickup before you go in. After a sold-out concert, the streets around the venue fill with cars, and a pickup a block away, confirmed by message, is faster than trying to meet at the door.
Questions to settle before you book
- Is the price per vehicle, and does it include taxes and gratuity? On Elly8.net, yes; tolls, parking and extra waiting are billed at cost.
- What exact vehicle, and how old? Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer.
- Is the operator licensed and commercially insured? Rides in Atlantic City are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
- How is overtime billed? At the hourly rate on hourly bookings; the evening package fixes the price for the night's plan.
- What are the rules on board? Rules on alcohol and conduct in vehicles differ by place; the chauffeur follows New Jersey's rules.
- What is the cancellation policy? Free more than 72 hours before pickup; 10% at 72 hours or less; 50% at 48 hours or less; 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show.

Frequently asked questions
How many people fit in an Atlantic City party bus?
On the Elly8.net fleet page, a party bus and an Executive Sprinter each seat up to 12, a stretch limousine up to 8 and a stretch SUV limousine up to 16. For more than 12, book two vehicles in one reservation. Every passenger needs a seat, so count the confirmed group plus a small margin.
How many hours should we book for a casino night?
Most dinner-and-show nights take five to six hours once pickups, dinner, the show and the last drop-offs are counted. That is why many groups book the evening out and event night package, US$950 in an Executive Sprinter, instead of adding hours. Short single-venue trips suit the 3-hour hourly minimum.
Is it cheaper per person than taxis?
Sometimes not. Taxis, app rides and the US$3 jitney can cost less for short hops. As arithmetic for comparison only, a US$950 Sprinter evening shared by twelve is about US$79 each. The booked vehicle wins on keeping the group together and avoiding post-show waits, not always on price.
Can the same vehicle bring us from Philadelphia?
Yes. An Executive Sprinter from Philadelphia airport to the Boardwalk is US$975, or US$1,855 as a round trip, with room for 12 people and 12 bags. Center City pickups are quoted in the web booker. A party bus carries little luggage, so the Sprinter is the practical choice for transfers.
Is gratuity included?
Yes. Elly8.net prices include the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the booking are billed at cost. When comparing quotes from anyone else, check whether gratuity and fuel are included before comparing totals, so the numbers are like for like.
How far ahead should we book a summer Saturday?
As early as the date is fixed. Sprinters, party buses and stretch vehicles are the first to go on summer weekends and holidays. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, so reserving early carries little risk if the plans change.
