A Toronto airport limo flat rate on Elly8.net runs from US$155 in a business sedan to US$405 in an Executive Sprinter between Toronto Pearson (YYZ) and downtown, and from US$95 to US$250 between Billy Bishop (YTZ) and downtown. Each price is fixed, all-in for the vehicle, and the same in either direction.
"Flat rate" is used loosely in the airport car business. Some quotes are flat until the gratuity, the taxes, a fuel surcharge or an airport fee are added at the end. This guide sets out the real ranges, what a flat rate should include, the minimums that apply to hourly work, and the questions to ask before you compare one quote with another.
What is a fair flat rate for a Toronto airport limo?
On Elly8.net, Pearson to downtown Toronto costs US$155 in a business sedan, US$205 in a business SUV, US$250 in a first class SUV, US$275 in a first class sedan and US$405 in an Executive Sprinter. Billy Bishop to downtown costs US$95 to US$250. Chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet are included.
The fair comparison is always the total for the vehicle, with gratuity and taxes in, for the same class of car. A sedan quote that looks lower until a percentage gratuity and taxes are added at the end is not lower.

The full price list, both airports
Every fare below is fixed, all-in and per vehicle. A round trip booked together costs a little less than two one-way fares.
| Route | Business Sedan | Business SUV / Van | First Class SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pearson (YYZ) to or from downtown | US$155 | US$205 | US$250 | US$275 | US$405 |
| Pearson round trip | US$295 | US$390 | US$475 | US$525 | US$770 |
| Billy Bishop (YTZ) to or from downtown | US$95 | US$125 | US$155 | US$170 | US$250 |
| Billy Bishop round trip | US$185 | US$240 | US$295 | US$325 | US$475 |
| Passengers and bags | 3 and 2 | 6 and 6 | 6 and 6 | 3 and 2 | 12 and 12 |
Two things in the table surprise people. First, the first class SUV is priced below the first class sedan, so if you want first class and need room for luggage, the SUV is the better value. Second, the Sprinter costs less per seat than anything else when it is full: twelve passengers at US$405 works out to US$33.75 each, as arithmetic for comparison only, since the fare is charged per vehicle.
What a true flat rate includes
When we say all-in, this is what is in the number:
- The chauffeur and the vehicle, from pickup to drop-off.
- Taxes. No line added at checkout.
- Standard gratuity. You do not need to tip; an extra tip for exceptional help is your choice.
- Airport meet and greet. The chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board.
- Flight tracking. The pickup follows the actual landing time.
- Complimentary waiting after a tracked landing, covering normal time at border services and baggage claim.
And what is not in it, because it depends on the trip:
- Tolls, billed at cost. The standard Pearson-to-downtown route uses the Gardiner Expressway and Highway 427, which are not toll roads. Highway 407 ETR is a toll road and is used only if you ask; its rates are on the 407 ETR site.
- Parking, billed at cost, such as a hotel garage or an event lot during a wait.
- Waiting beyond the included time, billed at cost, for example a long lost-bag claim.
There is no rush-hour surcharge, no late-night premium, no fuel surcharge and no weather surcharge. The fare is set when you book and does not change on the day.
Minimums: where they apply and where they do not
Airport transfers have no minimum. A one-way transfer is the flat rate shown, whether the drive takes 31 minutes on a clear road or 70 minutes at rush hour.
Hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum. If you want the car to stay with you, for example an arrival followed by two meetings, the hourly rates apply:
| Vehicle | Per hour | 3-hour minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Business Sedan | US$110 | US$330 |
| Business SUV / Van | US$140 | US$420 |
| First Class SUV | US$165 | US$495 |
| First Class Sedan | US$180 | US$540 |
| Executive Sprinter | US$220 | US$660 |
For a whole day, packages usually beat adding hours: the full-day chauffeur starts at US$810 in a business sedan, and the corporate roadshow day at US$990. A common question is whether to book a transfer plus a separate car later, or hourly for the whole stretch. If the gap between the airport and the next leg is more than an hour or two, separate bookings are usually cheaper; if the car needs to be on call, hourly is simpler. See hourly chauffeur and the full list on packages.
Hidden fees to ask about on any quote
These are the extras that turn a flat rate into something else. Ask about each one when you compare.
- Gratuity. Is it included, or added at a percentage at the end?
- Taxes. Is the price before or after tax?
- Airport fee or meet-and-greet fee. Is the inside-arrivals meeting extra, or does the driver wait at the curb?
- Waiting time. Does waiting start at the scheduled arrival or the actual landing, and how much is included?
- Fuel or peak surcharges. Is there a surcharge for rush hour, nights, holidays or snow?
- Tolls. Will the driver use Highway 407 by default, and who pays?
- Extra stops. What does a stop at a pharmacy or a second hotel cost?
- Cancellation. What is charged if your flight changes, and when?
On Elly8.net the answers are: gratuity included, taxes included, meet and greet included, complimentary waiting from the tracked landing, no surcharges, 407 only on request and at cost, and extra stops priced in the booker. Our general guide to how much a limo costs covers the same questions for other cities.
How a flat-rate car compares with the alternatives
A flat rate is not always the cheapest way to or from the airport, and a fair guide says so.
The UP Express train from Pearson to Union costs C$12.35 for an adult one-way, according to UP Express, and it is the best value for a solo traveller near Union. For trips to the airport by taxi, the City of Toronto requires taxi drivers to provide airport flat rate maps on request, so you can check a taxi fare before you set off. Rideshare quotes are shown in the app and vary with demand.
Where the pre-booked flat rate wins is predictability for the whole vehicle: a family with luggage, a team, a late flight or an expense report that needs one number. Our comparisons of UP Express or a car service and Toronto taxi or rideshare go through the details.
Three example bookings
A couple flying to Europe from Pearson and back two weeks later. Business sedan round trip, US$295, booked together with both flight numbers. The return pickup tracks the inbound flight.
A family of five arriving at Pearson with luggage and two car seats. Business SUV, US$205 one way, child seats requested at booking. No minimum, no extras unless they ask for the 407.
An executive landing at Billy Bishop for two downtown meetings. Billy Bishop is close to the core, so a first class sedan transfer at US$170 to the first meeting and a separate booking later is usually cheaper than three hours by the hour at US$540. If the timing between meetings is uncertain, hourly keeps the car on call. Billy Bishop's official pickup rules put the mainland pickup at Eireann Quay, where our chauffeur meets you.
Choosing the class: when paying more is worth it
The price steps between classes are real, so it helps to know what each step buys.
- Business Sedan to Business SUV, plus US$50 from Pearson. Worth it as soon as you have more than two checked bags, a stroller, a car seat, or more than three passengers. It is the most common upgrade we suggest, and it is about space, not luxury.
- Business to First Class, plus US$95 to US$120 from Pearson. A more premium model in the same size class. Worth it for an executive arrival, a client you are collecting, an anniversary or anyone who will notice the car.
- SUV to Executive Sprinter, plus US$200 from Pearson. Worth it from about seven passengers, or for a smaller group with a lot of luggage or equipment. One van usually beats two SUVs on coordination.
If you are unsure, tell the desk the passengers and bags and we will suggest the class. The fleet page shows the capacities, and all vehicles are four model years or newer.
Why the fare is the same in both directions
An airport pickup involves more work than a drop-off: tracking the flight, parking at the terminal and waiting inside arrivals. Even so, on Elly8.net every one-way airport fare is the same fixed price from the airport to the city or from the city to the airport. Meet and greet and complimentary waiting after a tracked landing are built into the pickup price, so there is nothing to add for the arrival leg.
Destinations beyond downtown
The flat rates above are for downtown Toronto. Pearson sits west of the core, so many destinations are closer: Mississauga has its own lower fares, from US$105 in a business sedan between Pearson and Square One, and Hamilton and Kitchener-Waterloo are priced on their city pages. For Yorkville, Midtown, North York or any other address, the web booker returns a fixed price for that exact trip before you pay. Further afield, the Muskoka page lists Pearson to Bracebridge and the lakes from US$430.
Cancellation, changes and refunds
Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup and it is free. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less or for a no-show 100%. Refunds go back to the original card. If the airline changes your flight, tell the desk and the pickup moves with it. The full terms are on our cancellation policy page.
Booking a flat-rate airport car
Toronto and the GTA run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs. To book: enter the airport and your address with the flight number, choose the vehicle by passengers and bags, then press Reserve now or use the web booker. Confirmation arrives by email. For the arrival process step by step, read our guide to Pearson airport transportation. Companies with regular airport runs can open a corporate account with monthly invoicing, so every Pearson and Billy Bishop trip arrives on one statement at the same fixed fares, and assistants can book for travellers under the account. Frequently asked questions
What is the flat rate for a limo from Pearson to downtown Toronto?
On Elly8.net it is US$155 in a business sedan, US$205 in a business SUV, US$250 in a first class SUV, US$275 in a first class sedan and US$405 in an Executive Sprinter, fixed and all-in per vehicle. The same price applies from downtown to Pearson.
Does the flat rate include the tip?
Yes. A standard gratuity is included in every Elly8.net price, along with taxes and airport meet and greet. You do not need to tip the chauffeur. If the chauffeur goes well beyond the job, an extra tip is entirely your choice.
Is there a minimum charge for an airport limo in Toronto?
Not for airport transfers: the one-way flat rate is the price. Hourly bookings, where the car stays with you, have a 3-hour minimum, from US$330 in a business sedan to US$660 in an Executive Sprinter. For a full day, the full-day chauffeur from US$810 is usually better value than adding hours.
Are there extra charges for late-night flights or rush hour?
No. There are no surcharges for nights, rush hour, holidays or weather. Only tolls, parking and waiting well beyond the included time are billed at cost. Highway 407 is used only if you ask for it. The fare you see at booking is the fare charged for the vehicle.
Is a round trip cheaper than two one-way fares?
Slightly. A Pearson round trip booked together costs US$295 in a business sedan against US$310 for two one-way fares, and US$770 in an Executive Sprinter against US$810. Add both flight numbers so each leg is tracked and the return pickup follows the inbound landing.
What if my flight is delayed by several hours?
The pickup follows the tracked landing, so a delay costs nothing extra and you do not need to call. Complimentary waiting starts from the actual landing time. If you are rebooked onto a different flight, send the new flight number to the desk.
