Chauffeur service in Paris, France is built around business. The city's trade fairs, fashion weeks, corporate headquarters and embassies keep chauffeured cars busy all year, and the visitors who use them most are people with schedules: deal teams moving between La Défense and the 8th, buyers running between showrooms, delegations arriving at Le Bourget. For them, the questions are less about the drive from the airport and more about vehicle class, timing and paperwork.
Elly8.net books chauffeur service in Paris at fixed prices in US$, from US$90 an hour in a business sedan with a 3-hour minimum and from US$810 for a corporate roadshow day. Rides are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. This guide covers what business travellers and the people who book for them should know.
Which chauffeur vehicle should a business traveller book in Paris?
For one or two executives, a Business Sedan, E-Class or similar, from US$90 an hour, covers most meetings. For senior clients or a special arrival, a First Class Sedan, S-Class or similar, from US$145 an hour. Teams of up to six take a business SUV or van; up to twelve, an Executive Sprinter.
The class names describe the cabin, not the size. Business Sedan and First Class Sedan both carry three passengers and two bags; the First Class Sedan is the upper-tier car, Mercedes-Benz S-Class or similar. The business SUV or van and the First Class SUV both carry six passengers and six bags. The Executive Sprinter carries twelve and twelve. All capacities are on our fleet page, and partner vehicles are four model years old or newer, seven for Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley.
Paris prices by class, for business bookings
These are the published Paris fares, per vehicle and all-in, including the chauffeur, taxes and standard gratuity. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost.
| Class | Passengers / bags | CDG to the 8th | By the hour (3-hour min.) | Full day | Corporate roadshow day |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business Sedan | 3 / 2 | US$170 | US$90 | US$665 | US$810 |
| Business SUV / Van | 6 / 6 | US$225 | US$115 | US$850 | US$1,035 |
| First Class SUV | 6 / 6 | US$275 | US$135 | US$995 | US$1,215 |
| First Class Sedan | 3 / 2 | US$300 | US$145 | US$1,070 | US$1,305 |
| Executive Sprinter | 12 / 12 | US$445 | US$180 | US$1,325 | US$1,620 |
One detail surprises people: in Paris, the First Class SUV costs slightly less than the First Class Sedan on every published fare. If the executive is travelling with a colleague and luggage, the First Class SUV gives more room for less.
Roadshows, La Défense and multi-meeting days
La Défense, the business district just west of the city limits, is where many investor and client roadshows start before moving on to meetings in the 8th and the 9th. The corporate roadshow day is a fixed package, from US$810 in a business sedan to US$1,620 in an Executive Sprinter for a full deal team, with the car held between meetings rather than released and re-booked.
That last point is the difference between a roadshow day and a string of taxis. Between back-to-back meetings, the car is either outside or a call away, the materials stay in the vehicle, and nobody waits at a rank in a suit in the rain. The chauffeur gets the schedule in advance, with every address, and plans the order and the timings around Paris traffic. See roadshow chauffeur for how these days run in our other cities, and corporate car service for everyday business travel.
A practical note for assistants: send meeting addresses with building names and floor or reception details, because large office buildings often have more than one entrance. The more precise the drop-off point, the less time the executive spends walking round a building.
Trade fairs and conferences
Paris hosts some of Europe's largest exhibitions, and they shape the roads on the days they run. Viparis operates the three main venues: Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in the 15th, the Palais des Congrès de Paris, and Paris Nord Villepinte, north-east of the city near Charles de Gaulle. VivaTech, the technology conference, is held each June at Porte de Versailles.
The geography matters. Villepinte is close to CDG, so an airport-to-show transfer is short and a hotel in central Paris means a longer daily commute against the traffic. Porte de Versailles sits on the Boulevard Périphérique ring road, which is congested at show opening and closing times. A car on an hourly booking, waiting near the exhibitor entrance, is the calm way to handle a show day with dinners afterwards. Delegations should book Sprinters well ahead through conference transportation.
The Paris Air Show returns to Le Bourget from 14 to 20 June 2027, according to the show's organisers. Le Bourget is also the business aviation airport where most private jets to Paris land, so air show week combines exhibitor traffic with heavy aviation demand. Book early. For jet arrivals at any time of year, the fixed fare from Le Bourget to the 8th starts at US$135 in a business sedan and US$240 in a First Class Sedan; see private jet and FBO transfers.
Fashion week and showroom days
The fashion weeks are among the busiest weeks of the year for chauffeured cars in Paris. The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode publishes the official schedules on its Paris Fashion Week calendar: menswear and haute couture weeks run in January and around June and July, and womenswear runs in late February into March and again from late September into October.
Show days involve five or six venues across the city, doors that close on time, and showroom appointments in between. Editors, buyers and stylists almost always book a car by the hour for the whole day, from US$90 an hour in a business sedan or US$145 in a First Class Sedan, and keep garment bags and samples in the vehicle. Send the show schedule through the web booker and the desk plans the timings. Because demand peaks those weeks, book as soon as your schedule is set.
Evenings, galas and the opera
Business in Paris continues into the evening: client dinners, gala evenings, a night at the opera or a reception at an embassy residence. The evening out and event night package covers this, from US$450 in a business sedan to US$725 in a First Class Sedan and US$900 in an Executive Sprinter, with the car taking you out and bringing you back at the end of the night. More on event transportation.
For official visits and delegations, where timings are set by protocol and arrivals are coordinated, see government and diplomatic transportation. Groups arriving at a venue together travel best in one Sprinter rather than a line of sedans.
Hotels, forecourts and arrival etiquette
The palace hotels of the Golden Triangle, on Avenue Montaigne, Avenue George V and around the Champs-Élysées, have narrow forecourts and doormen who keep the kerb clear for a few minutes at a time. A chauffeur working these hotels arrives exactly at the time you set rather than waiting outside for an hour, and the doorman expects that. Give the desk the exact pickup time, and if a meeting runs late, call rather than letting the car sit.
Around Place Vendôme and Rue Saint-Honoré, some streets are partly pedestrianised. Your chauffeur knows where drop-offs are permitted and stops at the nearest legal point, usually a short walk from the door.
Executive arrivals at CDG and Orly
Most business trips start with a transatlantic arrival, and the first hour sets the tone. The chauffeur tracks the flight, waits in the arrivals hall of the right terminal with a name board, and the fare is fixed whatever the motorway is doing: from US$170 in a business sedan and US$300 in a First Class Sedan from CDG, and from US$135 and US$240 from Orly. Waiting after a tracked landing is complimentary, which matters on mornings when several flights from North America land together and passport control is slow. If the executive goes straight to a meeting, book the transfer and then an hourly block, and the luggage stays in the car. Our guide to booking a Paris airport transfer that is waiting for you covers what to send with the booking.
Weddings and private celebrations
Paris and the châteaux around it are favourite settings for destination weddings, and the same classes work for them: a First Class Sedan for the couple, an Executive Sprinter with driver for guests moving between the ceremony, the photographs and the reception. Book the guest shuttle as one vehicle rather than several taxis, so everyone arrives together. See wedding transportation and Sprinter van with driver for how those days are planned.
Accounts, invoicing, NDAs and booking for others
Companies that send people to Paris regularly should open a corporate account. It gives fixed fares at all three Paris airports, roadshow days, monthly invoicing and NDAs on request, and the same account and terms apply in London, New York and our other cities. Executive assistants can book for any traveller on the account, with the traveller's name on the board.
Discretion is part of the service. If the name on the board should not be the executive's, ask for initials or a company name. If an NDA is needed for a sensitive visit, request it when you open the account.
For travellers booking for themselves, our companion guide to hiring a private driver in Paris covers the rules, tipping and kerbside waiting, and our guide to CDG to Paris city center by car covers the airport drive.
Booking, changes and cancellation
Book a published fare on the Paris car service page and pay by card in US$, or use the web booker for a multi-stop day, a château dinner outside the city or a delegation schedule; the desk returns a fixed price before you pay. Confirmation arrives by email, and the 24/7 desk handles changes. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup; 10% applies at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, with refunds to the original card.
Elly8.net is a member of LimousineWorldwide.Directory, LimousineAssociation.International, HotelsWorldwide.Directory and VacationsWorldwide.Directory. A Paris trip that continues to the London chauffeur service, the Brussels car service or the Zurich car service runs on the same terms and the same account. For the cabin standard behind the First Class classes, see executive car service.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a chauffeur service in Paris cost?
From US$90 an hour in a Business Sedan, US$145 an hour in a First Class Sedan and US$180 an hour in an Executive Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum. A full day costs from US$665, a corporate roadshow day from US$810, and a CDG transfer from US$170, all per vehicle and all-in.
What is the difference between a Business Sedan and a First Class Sedan?
Both carry three passengers and two bags. The Business Sedan is an E-Class or similar; the First Class Sedan is the upper-tier car, a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or similar, for senior executives, clients and special arrivals. In Paris, the First Class SUV costs slightly less than the First Class Sedan.
Can a car be kept all day for meetings?
Yes. Book by the hour, from US$90 in a business sedan with a 3-hour minimum, or choose the corporate roadshow day from US$810, which holds the car between meetings in La Défense and central Paris. Send all addresses in advance so the chauffeur can plan the timings.
Do you offer invoicing for companies?
Yes. A corporate account gives fixed fares at CDG, Orly and Le Bourget, roadshow days, monthly invoicing and NDAs on request. The same account works in our other cities in Europe and North America, so travellers and the people who book for them keep one set of terms.
How early should you book for fashion week or the Paris Air Show?
As soon as your schedule is set. Those weeks are among the busiest of the year for chauffeured cars in Paris, and Sprinters for delegations go first. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, so early bookings carry little risk if plans change.
Can you meet a private jet at Le Bourget?
Yes. The chauffeur meets you at the handler's terminal and, where the operator allows it, at the aircraft. Fixed fares from Le Bourget to the 8th start at US$135 in a business sedan and US$240 in a First Class Sedan. Send the tail number or handler with the booking.
