Booking a limo to a concert is mostly about the end of the night. Getting to the venue is a normal drive with a drop-off at a designated kerb; getting away means finding your car among thousands of people leaving at once, in a zone the venue controls. The plan that works is the same almost everywhere: arrive early, agree the pickup point before you go in, and book the car for the whole evening so it is already assigned when the encore ends.
Through Elly8.net, the evening out and event night package keeps a chauffeur and vehicle with you for 5 hours, at a fixed all-in price per vehicle: in Denver and Las Vegas from US$475 in a Business Sedan to US$950 in a 12-seat Executive Sprinter, and in Toronto from US$550 to US$1,100. Party buses and stretch limousines are priced for your night in the web booker.
Where does a limo drop you off at a concert?
At the venue's designated drop-off zone, which is often separate from both general parking and the rideshare zone. Venues publish these rules on their getting-here pages, and some set special lots for limousines, buses and oversized vehicles. Tell the desk the venue at booking so the chauffeur plans the right lot and the walk.
The examples below come from the venues' own transportation pages. Rules can change for a particular show, so the chauffeur follows traffic control on the night.
Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Denver: a venue with its own rules
Red Rocks sits in the foothills west of Denver, and it is the clearest example of why the venue matters as much as the vehicle. Downtown Denver to the amphitheatre is about 16 miles (26 km), roughly 27 minutes on a clear road by our routed estimate; from Denver International Airport it is about 40 miles (65 km), roughly 56 minutes.
According to the venue's getting here page:
- Limousines and shuttle buses drop off at the Top Circle Lot, and limos may also drop off in the Upper North Lot at Traffic Control's discretion.
- Oversized vehicles, defined as 6 feet 5 inches wide or more and including party bus limos, must drop off and pick up in Lower South Lot 2.
- Idling or circulating through parking lots and park roads during the performance is not permitted.
- Vehicle entry ends nightly at 8:30 p.m. or earlier at the discretion of operations staff; after that, all passenger pickups happen in the Jurassic Lot, just inside Entrance 2 off Highway 93.
- End-of-night pickup for private vehicles, taxis and app rides is in the Jurassic Lot, and the venue recommends walking downhill rather than waiting for the limited shuttles.
- Parking spaces are not held for limos that leave the premises.
What that means in practice: choose the vehicle with the lot in mind. A sedan, SUV or Sprinter that fits a standard space has more options than a party bus, which goes to Lower South Lot 2. Arrive before the entry cutoff if you want the shorter walk. And agree a meeting point in or by the Jurassic Lot before you walk in, because phone calls in a lot full of departing fans are not a plan. The Denver city page has the airport fares and the foothills day trip.
Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas: separate lanes for every kind of car
Allegiant Stadium is about 3 miles (5 km) from the middle of the Strip, around 6 minutes on a clear road by our routed estimate, and much longer when a sold-out stadium is emptying at once. The stadium's directions and parking page sets out separate zones:
- Rideshare uses the front half of Lot N on Dean Martin Drive, a short walk from the stadium, and is also available at Mandalay Bay and Luxor, reached on foot over the Hacienda Bridge.
- Taxis, general drop-off and shuttles use the zone at the corner of Diablo Drive and Procyon Street, with a walking path toward the southwest entry, and a taxi pickup line is set up there after events if available.
- Limousines and black cars for suite and loge holders who are pre-approved use the East and West Suite Drop Off Lanes, with passes from their premium service representative; other limousines are directed to the west pickup and drop-off at West Diablo Drive and South Procyon Street.
- Lots are cleared one hour after the event ends.
If you hold suite tickets, ask your premium service representative for the drop-off pass and send it to the desk; it changes where the chauffeur can stop. Otherwise, plan on the Diablo and Procyon zone and pick a corner of it as the meeting point. The Las Vegas prices panel lists the event night package and the airport fares.
Scotiabank Arena, Toronto: downtown, transit-first
Scotiabank Arena is the downtown counter-example. The arena's getting here page puts it at the northwest corner of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Bay Street, and says Union Station links the arena with Toronto's major public transit systems. It lists underground public parking at 15 York Street, entered from York Street and Bremner Boulevard.
That location changes the calculation. For one or two people staying near a subway or GO line, transit after a show is quick and cheap, and it is the honest recommendation. A chauffeur earns the booking when the group is larger, when guests are heading out of the core, or when the night includes dinner elsewhere first. Because the streets around the arena are busy after an event, agree a pickup a short walk away from the main doors rather than at the front. Toronto runs on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs; the Toronto city page has the fixed prices.
Timing the night
Before the show. Venues open lots and gates hours ahead for big shows. For a stadium concert, plan to be dropped off before the crowd peaks, not at the moment the doors open, and allow for security lines. For an amphitheatre with an entry cutoff, such as Red Rocks, arrive before the cutoff.
Dinner first? Book the car from the restaurant, not from the hotel, if dinner is close to the venue. The 5-hour package often covers dinner, the drive and the show for an arena concert; for a stadium concert with an opener, book more hours. Hourly bookings run from 3 to 12 hours at checkout.
During the show. The chauffeur parks where the venue allows. Some venues do not let cars wait or circulate during the performance; the chauffeur knows the local rules and where to hold.
After the show. Do not leave at the last note unless you want to; leaving five minutes before the encore, or fifteen minutes after the lights come up, are both better than leaving with everyone. Walk to the agreed meeting point and call the chauffeur only when you are there.
The exit plan
The single most useful thing a group can do is agree the pickup point before going in, and write it in the group chat with a time. Use a fixed landmark the chauffeur and every guest can find: a specific lot sign, a street corner, a hotel entrance a block away. Venues usually move cars away from the main doors at the end of a show, and many restrict where vehicles can stop, so the nearest kerb is rarely the right one.
Two more rules help large groups:
- One meeting point, one time. If someone is late, the group waits at the point, not at the doors.
- Two cars for split plans. If half the group wants to stay for an after-party, a second, smaller vehicle is simpler than a single bus making two trips.
- Charge the phones. The meeting point is the plan, but a charged phone is the backup. Venues are loud, signal can be patchy when tens of thousands of phones are in one place, and a dead battery at midnight turns a two-minute walk into a search.
If someone in the group needs step-free access or a shorter walk, tell the desk at booking. Many venues have accessible drop-off areas separate from the main zones, and the chauffeur can plan for them.
Venue rules also change from show to show. A festival weekend, a stadium tour with a large stage or a second event at a neighbouring venue can all move the zones. The chauffeur checks the venue's guidance for your date, and the desk will tell you if the plan changes before the night.
Why an assigned car beats surge
When an arena or stadium empties, everyone opens an app at the same minute. Prices rise because demand outstrips the drivers nearby, and the drivers who do accept are stuck in the same traffic heading into the same pickup zone. A car booked for the evening is not part of that auction: it is already yours, waiting where the venue allows, at the price you paid before the show.
That does not make the app wrong for every concert. For a solo concert-goer at a downtown arena with good transit, the train or a short walk to a quieter street for an app pickup can be the smart move. The booked car wins for groups, for venues outside the city centre, for late nights, and for anyone who does not want to stand in a pickup lot comparing prices.
Choosing the vehicle
| Group size | Vehicle | Capacity | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 to 3 | Business or First Class Sedan | 3 passengers, 2 bags | Fixed price, fits any drop-off lane |
| 4 to 6 | Business SUV or First Class SUV | 6 passengers, 6 bags | Fixed price, good for mixed plans |
| Up to 8 | Stretch Limousine | 8 passengers, 2 bags | Priced in the web booker |
| Up to 12 | Party Bus or Executive Sprinter | 12 passengers | Party bus may count as oversized at some venues |
| Up to 16 | Stretch SUV Limousine | 16 passengers, 2 bags | Priced in the web booker |
For a party bus night, our guide to how much a party bus costs covers the hours and the quote checklist, and the party bus rental page explains the service. For groups bigger than 16, see group transportation, which shows how the desk combines vehicles. For a stadium game rather than a concert, the Super Bowl transportation guide works through the same logic for SoFi Stadium.
What is included, and who drives
Every Elly8.net price includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and a standard gratuity. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the booked time are billed at cost, so if a venue charges for limousine parking, it appears at cost. On drinks: rules on alcohol in hired vehicles differ by city, state and province, and the chauffeur follows the local rules.
Toronto and the GTA run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs. In every other city, rides are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Elly8.net is a member of LimousineWorldwide.Directory, LimousineAssociation.International, HotelsWorldwide.Directory and VacationsWorldwide.Directory.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo to a concert?
It depends on the vehicle, the city and the hours. The 5-hour evening package costs from US$475 in a Business Sedan to US$950 in an Executive Sprinter in Denver and Las Vegas, and from US$550 to US$1,100 in Toronto, all-in per vehicle. Party buses and stretch limousines are priced in the web booker.
Where will the chauffeur pick us up after the show?
Where the venue allows cars to collect passengers, which is often a specific lot or corner rather than the main doors. Agree the exact meeting point with the chauffeur before you go in, write it in your group chat, and walk there before calling.
Can the limo wait during the concert?
On an hourly or evening booking, the chauffeur and vehicle stay with you, parking where the venue permits. Some venues do not allow cars to idle or circulate during the show; the chauffeur holds at an approved spot and returns for the pickup.
Is a party bus allowed at every venue?
Most venues accept party buses, but some treat them as oversized vehicles with their own lot. Red Rocks, for example, sends party bus limos and other vehicles 6 feet 5 inches wide or more to Lower South Lot 2. Tell the desk the venue so the plan fits its rules.
How early should we arrive at the venue?
Earlier than you think for stadium shows, because security lines and traffic peak together. At venues with an entry cutoff for vehicles, such as Red Rocks at 8:30 p.m. or earlier, arrive before it. The chauffeur plans the departure time from the venue's opening times and your start time.
What happens if the concert runs late?
The booking covers the hours you chose. If the night runs over, waiting beyond the booked time is billed at cost, so build a buffer into the hours when you book, especially for stadium shows with several acts. The chauffeur stays for the pickup either way.
