A Scottsdale party bus has one job that sets it apart from most cities: getting a group from a resort to Old Town and back. Many visitors stay at resorts spread across north and east Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, a drive from the restaurants and bars of Old Town, and the night only works if nobody has to drive and nobody is left waiting for a ride at closing time.
With Elly8.net, party buses in Scottsdale are priced in the web booker for your exact route, date and hours, with the driver, taxes and standard gratuity included. The fixed-price comparison is the 12-seat Executive Sprinter, listed at US$200 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, or US$1,000 for the evening out and event night package. This guide covers sizes, costs, the resort and Old Town logistics, and the questions to ask before you pay.
How much is a party bus in Scottsdale?
Elly8.net quotes Scottsdale party buses in the web booker for your route, date and hours, all-in. The fixed benchmark is the 12-seat Executive Sprinter: US$200 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, or US$1,000 for the evening out and event night package, about US$83 each for twelve, with the driver and gratuity included.
Party buses are not on the fixed Scottsdale price list because the vehicles vary widely and a Saturday in tournament week is a different job from a Tuesday in July. The Sprinter and SUV rates on the Scottsdale fares panel give you a firm number to compare quotes against. The party bus rental page explains how bus quotes work in every city.

Which vehicle for which group
| Group size | Vehicle | How it is priced | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| up to 6 | Business SUV or First Class SUV | fixed: US$125 or US$150 an hour | simplest for a small group |
| 7 to 12 | Executive Sprinter | fixed: US$200 an hour | forward seats, room for 12 bags |
| 7 to 12 | Party Bus | web booker quote | perimeter seating, lights and sound |
| 9 to 16 | Stretch SUV Limousine | web booker quote | the classic limousine cabin |
| up to 8 | Stretch Limousine | web booker quote | a smaller celebration |
| 13 and up | two vehicles under one booking | combination of the above | one contact on the desk for both |
Seat counts are for seated adults. A group of twelve with coats, bags and a birthday cake will fill a 12-seat vehicle, so size up if you are at the limit. The fleet page shows each class.
The choice between a party bus and a Sprinter comes down to what happens between stops. If the ride is part of the celebration, with music and the group facing each other, book the party bus. If the vehicle is transport between dinner, a game and a late stop, the Sprinter is calmer, has luggage space and has a fixed price. Our Scottsdale Sprinter van rental guide covers it in detail.

- Sprinter, 4 hours: US$800, about US$67 each for twelve.
- Sprinter, evening out and event night: US$1,000, about US$83 each for twelve.

The resort question: starting and ending the night
The resort is where a Scottsdale night starts and ends, and it is where most of the timing goes.
- Give the resort name and building. Many resorts have several entrances, separate villa areas and their own rules for larger vehicles. The driver uses the main entrance unless the resort says otherwise.
- Gather the group first. A bus that waits while guests come down from different rooms loses twenty minutes before the night begins. Set a meeting time in the lobby ten minutes before pickup.
- Count the distance. Resorts in north Scottsdale and the foothills are a long way from Old Town, and the drive each way comes out of your booked hours. Plan the order of stops with that in mind.
- Plan the return. Agree the last pickup time before the night starts, so the group knows when the vehicle leaves Old Town.
If your group is staying in two resorts, list both as pickups in the web booker. The quote covers the full route.
Old Town drop-offs and pickups
Old Town is walkable once you arrive, with galleries, restaurants and bars along and around Scottsdale Road. The difficult part is the curb. On a busy night, the main streets are crowded with rideshares and taxis, and a large vehicle cannot sit on the busiest block.
Agree a pickup corner with the driver before the group goes in, ideally on a quieter side street, and make sure one person holds the driver's number. When the group is ready, one call brings the bus round. Do not count on public transport for the trip home: the free Scottsdale Trolley runs Monday to Friday from 5:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., so it is not running on weekend nights.

The weeks that sell out first
Scottsdale's busy season runs through the cooler months, and a few weeks fill every vehicle in the city.
- WM Phoenix Open week. The WM Phoenix Open is set for February 8-14, 2027, at TPC Scottsdale, with some of the biggest crowds in golf and evenings that move to Old Town.
- Spring training. Cactus League spring training opens on February 19, 2027, with games at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick and Scottsdale Stadium. A party bus that collects a group after an afternoon game and takes it to dinner is a popular booking.
- Auction week. Barrett-Jackson holds its flagship Scottsdale collector car auction usually in January.
Summer is the opposite: quieter, with more choice of vehicles and dates, but hot. For a summer night, start after sunset, ask for the cabin to be cooled before pickup, and keep water on board. For any of those weeks, book as soon as the date is fixed. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, so an early booking costs nothing if plans move well ahead of the night.
A sample Saturday night, timed and priced
For twelve friends staying at one resort in north Scottsdale, on an Executive Sprinter evening package at US$1,000:
- 7:00 p.m. Pickup at the resort lobby, everyone already gathered.
- 7:30 p.m. Dinner reservation in Old Town, with the vehicle parked nearby.
- 9:30 p.m. A second stop, a short drive away, agreed with the driver in advance.
- 11:30 p.m. One call from the group contact brings the vehicle to the agreed corner.
- Around midnight. Back at the resort, inside the five hours the package is priced on.
That is about US$83 per person, gratuity included. If the night is likely to run past midnight, book a sixth hour in advance at US$200 rather than deciding at the curb.
Nights a party bus suits in Scottsdale
- Milestone birthdays. Dinner in Old Town, a late stop and the ride home, all on one evening booking.
- Golf groups. A round in the day and a night out after it, with the group together and nobody driving.
- Ballpark days. A spring training game in the afternoon and dinner after.
- Company nights. A team dinner at an offsite or a sales incentive trip, with a corporate account for monthly invoicing.
- Celebration weekends. Bachelorette and bachelor groups have their own planning needs; our Scottsdale bachelorette party bus guide covers routes and house rules for a full weekend.
Questions to ask before you sign
Most surprises come from the fine print, not the vehicle. Ask these before you pay, and get the answers in the confirmation.
- When does the clock start? At your pickup, or when the vehicle leaves its base? On Elly8.net, the booking covers the hours from your pickup time.
- What is the overtime rate? On Elly8.net, extra time is charged at the hourly rate for the vehicle.
- What is included? Elly8.net prices include the driver, the vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity, with tolls and parking billed at cost.
- How many stops? Every stop costs loading time, so plan three or four.
- What are the rules on food, decorations and cleaning? Ask before the night. Cleaning or damage beyond normal use may be charged by the operator.
- Who operates it? Rides in Scottsdale are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer. For buses that cross state lines, the operator's USDOT number can be checked on the FMCSA SAFER Company Snapshot.
On drinks: laws on alcohol in vehicles differ by state and vehicle type, and the driver follows Arizona's rules. Elly8.net does not plan nights around drinking in the vehicle, and nobody under 21 drinks. For the Phoenix side of the Valley, our Phoenix party bus guide covers downtown and stadium nights.

Frequently asked questions
How many people fit in a Scottsdale party bus?
The Party Bus class on the Elly8.net fleet page seats up to 12, with larger buses on request depending on the date. A Stretch SUV Limousine seats up to 16. For bigger groups, two vehicles can be booked under one reference with one contact on the 24/7 desk.
What does a Scottsdale party bus cost for a night?
Party buses are quoted in the web booker for your route and hours, all-in. For a fixed comparison, a 12-seat Executive Sprinter is US$1,000 for the evening out and event night package in Scottsdale, about US$83 per person for twelve, including the driver, taxes and standard gratuity.
Can the bus pick us up at our resort?
Yes. Enter the resort, and any second resort, as pickups in the web booker. Give the resort name and building, because many resorts have several entrances and their own rules for larger vehicles. Gather the group in the lobby before the pickup time so the night starts on schedule.
Where does the bus wait in Old Town?
Old Town's busiest streets are crowded on weekend nights, so agree a pickup corner with the driver on a quieter side street before the group goes in. One person should hold the driver's number; when the group is ready, one call brings the vehicle round.
Is gratuity included?
Yes. Elly8.net prices include the driver, the vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity, so there is no tip to collect from the group. Tolls and parking are billed at cost, and any time beyond the booking is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate.
How early should we book for February in Scottsdale?
As early as possible. The WM Phoenix Open runs February 8-14, 2027, and spring training opens February 19, 2027, and party buses and Sprinters book out first. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, so reserving early costs nothing if your dates change.
